The name is an ode to a hailstorm in 2020, when Cati ran out salvage what they could. The vines, tossed by wind and hail, reminded them of Cambuix, the Mallorquin term for "bedhead." A field blend of red and white grapes producing a pale raspberry wine full of pomegranate, cranberry and white strawberries wrapped up in watermelon juice. Salinity and minerality keep it bright!
