As beautiful and complex as the best Chablis, Hatzidakis continues to prove they're the best producer on Santorini. This cuvee comes from organic vineyards around the village of Pyrgos and shows lemon peel and wet slate with a super saline finish. Delicious.

A rich, softly textured wine that drinks more like fine white wine than your typical pale pink, feather-light rosé. Delicate nose and subtle notes of candied cherry, violets, red plum, wet stones and star anise. The palate shows raspberry, quince, and meyer lemon, and has a long finish that gives a slight pucker and leaves you thirsty for another sip.

In the mid-2010s, Ghislaine and Clément planted a 0.5-hectare parcel in Chambolle-Musigny to Chardonnay, thereby giving the estate its first-ever white wine. Aged for one year in a combination of 50% used 500-liter oak barrels and 50% terracotta jar, “Les Graviers” is sleek, pure-fruited, and satisfyingly clinging on the palate, with virtually no detectable oak influence

Produced from organically grown fruit within the Watervale area in the Clare Valley, with the majority coming from our family vineyard, Gullyview. A blend of Bordeaux varieties made in a Loire style, vibrant, bright fruits & soft tannins. Naturally fermented from a blend of free run and pressed juice, unfined and unfiltered, then aged in Slavonian foudre for 12 months.

Partially matured in barrels, most in steel tanks. Pleasantly sour, fruity nose with notes of currants, sour cherries, maybe even cranberries. In the mouth the wine is pleasantly lively, wonderfully juicy, with strong, currant acidity. Surprisingly fruity for Sicily, with lively tannins, very tasty.

Each barrel is hand selected under the watchful eye of legendary Master Distiller Jimmy Russell. Known for being fuller bodied, with rich vanilla flavors and a hint of sweetness, it’s the perfect bourbon to enjoy neat. A complex layering of almonds, honey, blackberries, and leather gives way to a long, dark and lingering finish.
