Ralphie's Reserve Straight Bourbon is distilled from heirloom Colorado grains and water sourced from El Dorado Springs, just south of Boulder, CO. In celebration of these local connections, a portion of the proceeds from each bottle is donated to the Ralphie Live Mascot Program. These Godello grapes are from the Bierzo region of Northwestern Spain. You'll find clay, mineral soil in this region. These grapes are hand harvested and hand-sorted. Fermentation in stainless steel gives balance to the wine with beautiful aromas of green apple, pear and citrus. Delicious freshness, good acidity and a long crisp mineral finish.

The wine was aged in selected new barrels of fine-grain French oak. Aged for 15 months with no clarification or filtering. Cherry red in color with violet tones at the rim. Red and black fruit notes of raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant and blackberry. Perfect ensemble with spice of vanilla and clove. Meaty and unctuous with perfectly integrated tannins.

Cab with blackcurrant, blackberry and wet earth character on both the nose and palate. It’s medium- to full-bodied with firm tannins. Linear and lightly chewy finish. Some graphite.

Has captivating notes of cedar and concentrated red fruit character that dances gracefully on the palate. With its ruby hue and smooth, polished tannins, this wine offers a harmonious blend of depth and nuance. Balanced acidity offers a refined touch to the long finish with vibrant layers of fresh raspberry, cherry and cola. This wine will continue to improve through 2042.

Chardonnay is a rarity in Abruzzo and these are some of the oldest Chard vines in Italy, brought back from France by current-generation Eloisa De Fermo's great-uncle and planted in 1926. Aged for 9-12 months in tonneaux. Stuns with a bouquet of crushed almonds, pear skins, brioche, and pretty florals. Silky in texture, it’s nicely balanced by brisk acids and spiced citrus.
