Élixir Végétal de la Grande-Chartreuse was first made by the Chartreuse Monks in 1737 using a wide array of aromatic ingredients. Bottled at 69% ABV, it's a rather robust, powerful liqueur which can be served diluted in sugared water, or (rather interestingly) by dripping a few drops on a sugar cube.

Delightful bouquet of ripe apples and warm vanilla, complemented by hints of caramel and spice. On the palate, it’s smooth and rich, showcasing layers of baked apple, toffee, and a subtle nuttiness. The finish is long and elegant, with a touch of oak and a whisper of cinnamon, making it a perfect sipping brandy for any occasion.

Intense and mature. Notes of butter toffee mingle with aromas of quince, dried mango, hazelnuts and white flowers. The palate is soft and creamy but not heavy, with a slight saltiness towards the end.

In the glass it shows intense garnet red reflections. On the nose aromas of small red fruits, strawberries and currants. Then pomegranate and the unmistakable violet scent of good Sangiovese. Pablo Peñalba López acquired the Finca Torremilanos estate in 1975, By the early 2000s, their eldest son, Ricardo, had stepped into his father’s role and began investigating better farming methods, including returning to horse-plowing, hand picking, and native-yeast fermentation. Easy drinking, but true to varietal. Dark in color, light in tannins, and medium bodied.

The single vineyard 2018 Pinot Noir Platt Vineyard spent 17 months in 20% new barrels. It's a bigger wine, with a touch more mid-palate density and depth, yet it still has plenty of underlying structure and tannic grip, offering up lots of redcurrant and darker cherry fruit as well as curing spices, smoke, and forestry, earthy notes.

The grapes are destemmed and placed in a concrete tank where alcoholic fermentation starts naturally with the skins. After fermentation, the wine is pressed and placed in French oak barrels. 6 months in French Oak barrel. High Minerality with a sharper profile due to the limestone soils. The Palette has creamy notes with fresh and zesty citrus and orange peel flavors.

Yellow-green color with golden hues. Fresh, intense, with citric and mineral aromas. Fruity and fresh, it is balanced and persistent with a lively acidity. Kentucky- Peerless Double Oak Bourbon whiskey is aged a minimum of 4 years in the first barrel. Exposing this Bourbon to two separate casks allows for two full barrel extractions. The nose opens with sweet oak accented with orange zest and cedar.
