Siembra Metl Espadin from la Familia Perez is produced by maestro Jorge Pérez and his mezcalero son Miguel Pérez. Jorge is well-known throughout Mexico, and is credited for teaching the art of mezcal production to many of the producers in the Rio de Parras region of Michoacán.

The Emblem of Nimes depicted on the bottle shows a crocodile, representing Egypt, chained to a palm tree, representing a Roman victory between 28BC and 15AD. It has been Nimes' Emblem since 1535. El Burro is the first organic and natural wine from Bodega Santa Julia and reflects their mission to develop wines in an organic and sustainable way. The color is deep red with violet hues. Typical aromas of Malbec including fresh fruit and a hint of plums and cherries. Great body and structure with depth on the palate and a pleasant finish with a taste of plum jam.
