The entry-level Sangiovese from Elisabetta Faguioli’s Montenidoli estate offers plenty of red fruit, earth, and firm structure, but with a pleasant freshness that makes it accessible in its youth—although you could certainly age it further! A classic example of Tuscan Sangiovese handled with care. Pizza, pasta with red sauce, lamb, etc.

Fragrance of cooked agave and small aromas of honey and vanilla, followed by notes of dry land without losing the characteristic of agave.

Balanced flavors of sweet, cooked agave and wood (American oak) are denoted, this results in a pleasant combination with a silky finish.

This wine is a blend of two of our biodynamic Avila Beach vineyards - the Bassi Vineyard and the Casa Contenta Vineyard, along with the organically farmed Marfarm Vineyard from the Edna Valley, highlighting the range of the SLO Coast AVA. This wine was fermented in small 1.5 ton boxes with native yeast and 25% whole cluster. Coastal Pinot at its finest.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is bright and refreshing with ripe honeydew melon upfront balanced by a crisp acidity that sings off the palette. Zippy green apple, tart citrus, flint, and smoke on the nose. The palate is rich, textured, and fruity with lots of fresh acidity.
