This delicious Chablis comes from 36 year old vines. Aging is done 90% in stainless steel 10% in French oak for a period of 12 months. The wine has a deep golden color, charming nose with notes of freshly squeezed grapefruit, a touch of ripe lime, hint of minerals, vanilla and stone fruit. Round smooth body, with crispy fresh acidity and a lovely delicious finish.

Ruby red, very open in colour. Fresh, ripe red fruit on the nose, very clean and clear. It is fresh and light in the mouth but with density, very balsamic, with aromas of rosemary, thyme and pine. A straightforward, uncomplicated wine to accompany nibbles and everyday casserole dishes.

Lunaria Pet Nat Sparkling Malvasia Orange Wine is an orange, biodynamic, Brut Nature wine made using Method Ancestral: whole bunches of grapes are gently pressed to extract both the juice and indigenous yeasts from the grape’s skin. The wine is rich and textured, notes of dried apricots, candied ginger and orange peel combine with a creamy mouthfeel and persistent bubbles.
