This comes from a 2.5 ha parcel of younger vines. The fruit was hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts and then aged in steel vats for 9 months before bottling. A fresh white Burgundy worth your while and just delicious with oysters - fried or fresh.

Initially the nose is softly perfumed with citrus zest and coriander, but then the juniper burst through. The juniper grows and grows, bringing with it the sharp notes that gin lovers crave.

This refreshing and zesty Muscadet gets its name from the green-hued bedrock formed from past ocean movements. In classic Muscadet (and Landron) fashion, the wine is super clean, food-friendly, and mineral-driven. Notes of citrus juice, coarse sea salt, saline, and lemon rind dominate the wine’s sea-influenced palate.

Classic granite notes of cassis and darker cherries, graphite, crushed stone, pepper, and violets all emerge from the 2023 Saint Joseph Offerus. Medium-bodied, focused, and beautifully balanced on the palate, with textbook Saint Joseph tannins, nicely integrated acidity, and a crisp, mineral-laced finish, it will evolve nicely over the coming 8-10 years.

Its aroma features subtle floral scents of violets and sweet violets. It tastes sweet, smooth and well balanced to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Made from the head of the Dasylirion plant, Casa Lotos Blanco is carefully harvested by hand in the wild then cooked in a brick oven. The plant is fermented in native pine and double-distilled in copper stills for exceptional flavor and clarity. The hallmarks of our Blanco include a tang of green herbs, with hints of pine, cucumber and green peppercorns on the nose.

Kilkerran 8 Year Old is a Campbeltown single malt Scotch whisky produced at the Glengyle Distillery. It's known for its cask strength releases, often matured in either bourbon or sherry casks. The bourbon cask matured version offers notes of vanilla, honey, and subtle peat smoke. The sherry cask matured version features richer flavors of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and spice.
