The wine ismostly aged in small, used oak barrels for a yearthen bottled after minimal filtration. This wine has a deep purple color and a nose of fresh juniper berries and mint. It is full bodied and balanced with a taste of cherries, ripe plum, cedar wood and a lively acidity, silky tannins in the middle and a long lasting smooth finish.

Brut Premier combines the fruitiness and freshness of youth with the vinosity of fully mature wines. It is a structured and fully bloomed wine, with a lively attack and a smooth palate. It is a gilded color, with fine bubbles and a nose of fresh fruit and hawthorn. A smooth and complex palate, with mingling fruit flavors of pear & apple, and red fruits of blackberry, raspberry.

On the nose, there are white cherries, gentle spices and hints of almost peppery notes. There's spring honey too and some yeasty, darker mushroomy edges. This 100% Chardonnay from a small village in Burgundy show plenty of fruits and minerality. The wood flavor is well integrated and add charms. Aromatic with pear, apple, raw nuts, camomile, and white spices. Great concentration and purity.

Honestly, this is literally like a strawberry parfait in a glass. Cerdon is absolutely delightful as an aperitif. Better yet, it can serve as a wonderful accompaniment to fruit-based desserts, beignets with powdered sugar, or chocolate-based sweets.

Very pretty and pure. I love the tannin profile on this wine, present but almost powder-like in texture. One of the better Beaujolais wines I've tried this year. Super delicious.
