TAMI is a joint effort between young gun biodynamic producer Ariana Occhipinti and her local wine-centric amici, and results in a earthy, berry-scented sipper that has refreshing notes of cherry, pomegranate, and eucalytus in your mouth. The most approachable wine of Alsace and also the most consistent year in year out. Not far in style from an unoaked Chardonnay such as a Macon or Chablis. A gentle notion of creaminess on the nose leads to equally subtle fruit on the fresh palate. The body is light, bright but rounded, finishing dry with a pure note of ripe lemon.

This fairly limited release remains sturdy and tight, with flavors stacked impressively. Deep cherry kirsch fruit is at the core, with streaks of cola and sassafras. As the wine breathes, it gains both flesh and momentum, moving into a long and delicious finish.

This rich red shows a deep core of plum, bramble and mineral, with notes of loam and game that impart a savory character. Solid tannins support a thick texture, while balsamic acidity keeps this balanced. Austere but harmonious.

Wild herb and floral aromas lend an exotic note to this lively red. Red fruit and spice notes follow through on the palate, supported by light, firm tannins and fresh acidity. This has a modest structure, but shows good intensity and a distinctive character.

Grown on sandy loam and clay soils, at 550 meters elevation, located in the areas of Cacabelos and Valtuille. It is fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel vat and raised on the lees with weekly battonage for 5 months. No oak. Brezo Blanco is a fresh, mineral, and elegant wine with notes of citrus, lanolin, and white pepper, a delicious wine to pair with fresh seafood.

Benoit Marguet is one of the most ambitious producers in the Champagne region. He has invested in custom made, egg-shaped foudres, and barrel ferments more than half of his wine. The wine remained two years in Marguet's cellars in contact with yeasts in the bottle. The wine shows a precise and powerful style, driven by high quality fruit from the Grand Cru villages of Bouzy & Ambonnay.

Our vineyard in the "Les Saint-Jacques" parcel is located at the foot of an east-facing slope, just below the Clos Saint-Jacques- one of the Rully's most famous premiers crus. The charm of our Rully Les saint-Jacques lies in its finesse and subtlety of aroma rather than its power. It is best drunk chilled, between 54°F and 57°F, after two to six years of aging.

La Digoine can be drunk very young. Within two or three months of bottling, it demonstrates immediate appeal with red berry fruit and a balance of roundness, structure, and length on the palate. However, this is another versatile wine which benefits from bottle aging.
