It is the discovery of a new vintage the 3rd Thursday of November. Very different from what is usually found on the market, it is round, fruity and harmonious. It will surprise critics of Beaujolais Nouveau to the point they will adopt it immediately. It's a Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau.

This fabulous wine is ruby-garnet hued with well-defined aromas of red fruit, specifically cherry, with overtones of chocolate and clove. The presentation is elegant and the palate rich and full-bodied with loads of silky tannins. The flavors persist in a finish that is both sophisticated and powerful.

Hand-harvested in the cool of early morning, 100% of the grapes were cold fermented in stainless steel in order to capture their delightfully crisp and complex fruit character. Fermentation was finished without malolactic fermentation to further accentuate wine's fresh-fruit character. With food, Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most versatile of all white wines.

Mostly young-vine Morgon, bottled just after a winter settling, it is pure, unadulterated pleasure. If you’ve got a crowd (and two is a crowd in this case), one bottle of this should be enough!

This is a particularly dark, brooding wine with aromatics of boysenberry and blueberry tied together with sweet cedar and vanilla notes from the new oak. Plum, blackberry, and other black fruit flavors up front. The tannins are pretty immense but the depth of lush fruit on the midpalate mitigate any perception of astringency.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits rich fruit flavors of currant, blackberry and ripe plum with hints of black tea on the palate. The wine finishes with subtle, smooth tannins that don’t overpower this easy-to-drink Cab.

This semi-sweet wine opens with luscious aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. The mouthfeel is juicy with bright acidity that activates the palate and displays flavors of peach, pineapple and honeysuckle. The finish is wonderfully persistent with balance of sweetness and refreshing crispness. Peak drinkability 2016-2018.

This offers a delicately ample nose of yellow fruits, ginger and spices. The wine starts off on the round side before fiery acidity brings zest and vibrancy to the finish. This is refreshing, light and elegant and one magically goes for more. The tart side in the finish will disappear with a few years of bottle aging, and it could then easily warrant an even higher rating.

We don’t think we have ever tried a Prosecco this delicious until now. Our friend Paolo Brunello tried his first go at Prosecco just last year, resulting in this first-NV vintage gem. A little tart, a little sweet. Drink it as your favorite toasting bubbly. It's refreshing and perfectly balanced to stand alone.

All grapes went through carbonic maceration, making this wine fresh and ready to be enjoyed. We even suggest a slight chill to make it go down even easier. All of our wines are made naturally, meaning no use of inoculated yeasts or bacteria. We use only native yeast to spark fermentation. We do not add any powdered tannins or enzymes.

85% stainless steel fermentation on French oak, 15% barrel fermentation; 6 months aging in mostly French oak. Our Chardonnay is a rich, medium-bodied wine with hints of oak and lush tropical and stone fruit flavors on the palate. Crisp and refreshing, this wine can be enjoyed with a variety of fish and chicken dishes or all by itself on a warm summer afternoon.
