From Sashi Moorman and Rajat Parr, the Salem Wine Company Pinot Noir is a collection from three vineyards within the Eola-Amity Hills. Made naturally with indigenous fermentation in open-top oak and concrete fermenters, the dark berry fruit and deep earthy undertones are framed by beautiful lift and freshness.

Intense red and dark berry aromas are complemented by peppery spice, garrigue and floral pastille notes. Sappy and precise on the palate, offering concentrated, vivacious black raspberry, cherry cola and spicecake flavors. Supple, harmonious tannins build steadily on the very long, seamless finish, which leaves behind lavender and juicy dark berry notes.

Already gorgeous, the 2013 Crozes Hermitage Domaine des Grands Chemins comes all from the Les Chassis region of Crozes. It was raised in a combination of stainless steel and smaller barrels. It offers classic violet-tinged black and blue fruits, tapenade, bay leaf and peppery notes in a medium to full-bodied, elegant & silky style.

Vosne Romanee is the village with the highest concentration of Premier and Grand Cruller in Burgundy. Vince Mongeard is the steward of his family's property which dates back to the 1600's. Here the wines are all about ethereal weight and texture, along with silky red fruit flavors and earthy richness. An incredible price for this famous appellation of France.

Aromas of blackberries, plums, rhubarb, sage, and pepperwood. Dark fruits, dried herbs, peppercorn, and smoked meat are expressed on the palate, and are accompanied by fine tannins and bright acidity. This full-bodied, strongly flavored and firmly structured wine can tackle the juiciest cuts of meat. It smells like blackberries, black pepper and a little wood smoke, rich.

A blend from different vineyards in Santa Ynez and Santa Rita Hills. Average vine age is 25 years old. The wine was fermented in used French oak barrels with ambient yeast and without any other additions (except a little SO2). Aromas of green apple, Asian pear, fennel, quince and spring flowers with a lovely mouthfeel, and excellent purity, focus, and wonderful acidity.

Clear ruby red. Intense bouquet of violets and young cherries. Lightly structured, dry palate, with notes of earthiness, cherry, and blackberry giving way to smooth tannins and uplifting acidity on the finish.

Meinklang 2015 Burgenlandweiß White (Burgenland) Hints of aromatic orange peel and white summer blossom add a certain exotic headiness to an earthy white blend from Burgenland. The palate is slender but laden with appetizing fruit flavors on surprisingly light, delicate feet—the result of sunny summer days and cool nights.

Tart, lemony acidity frames this cool-vintage offering. The cherry-flavored fruit is thick and generous, more so than likely anticipated, with peppery highlights that linger long on the finish.

Elegant and complex with red fruit, a touch of vanilla and roses. The wine is delicate light to medium bodied, fresh, mineral, floral and juicy with a long finish. 12 months in French and American oak barrels with another 6 months in the bottle prior to release. Great with chicken, grilled meats, duck.

Winemaker Jordan Salcito describes her Caldera Falanghina as, "one of the most charming and accessible wines. It's aromatic, bright, and easy to enjoy." This wine pairs notes of green apple, orange blossom and meyer lemon with gorgeous limestone minerality. The grapes used to make this wine are organic and a portion of the proceeds are donated to Earthjustice.
