Aged for 24 months on its lees, this is an outstanding alternative to Champagne and Cremant. Grown in the Muscadet region (but can’t be called Muscadet as it’s sparkling.) Biodynamic grower. Boasts good richness (more than you’d expect from a low dosage sparkling from Muscadet). Smell and taste red apples, ripe lemons, peaches and pears. Light toast and cream on a long finish.

Crafted from en vaso trained Bobal vines averaging 50 years of age (some of them up to 100 years) located in the heart of Utiel-Requena on clay-calcareous soils. The wine is fermented in concrete tanks and raised in a mix of concrete and old American oak barrels. This Bobal is medium-bodied and shows a mix of bright black and red fruits, spice, and minerals.

100% whole cluster press. 85% Syrah from Kahn Hillside Vineyard in Lovell Valley, 15% Mourvedre from David Girard Vineyard. We farm the Kahn Vineyard ourselves and pick the rosé grapes from the stronger vines. The remaining fruit is picked later for the red wine. The Mourvedre balances the acid and adds a complexity element. This wine is picked at a combined brix of 21.5

Aromas of toasty oak, toast and orange blossom swirl through this light straw-colored Chardonnay. Notes of citrus and jasmine are brimming at the nose with complex aromas of tropical star fruit, pineapple and mango. The round mouthfeel has bright acidity and hints of tangerine and subtle oak. Lengthy finish is filled with orange pith and structure for cellaring.

Bright garnet hues exude from the glass, leading to aromas of fresh herbs, vanilla, sweet tobacco and candied berries. Cherry compote, plum and cedar notes show up front with underlying nuances of wet stone, cedar and earth. Firm tannins and gripping acidity create a lasting finish.

Open it up, pour some into a glass, and surprise! It’s pink! Not quite a white wine and not quite a rosé, 100% delicious. Notes of grapefruit, stony minerals, and delicate herbs wrapped with freshness and texture.

Named after a house in the Rosazzo vineyards, Villa Oleis is a rich blend of Merlot and Cabernet. The palate is lively with a firm presence of acidity and gentle tannins. Flavor notes of fresh red berries and spices, finishing with elegant structure. It will age gracefully over time.

Pinot Gris was on the skins for 3 or 4 days, then pressed and fermented in Stainless tank and two puncheons then all aged all in barrique.

From 65 year old gamay vines, this wine jumps out of the glass with bright notes of fresh cherry and currants. As pure as wine gets-vinified without sulfur, unfiltered and aged for eight months in used foudre.

Bright brown brick red color. Toasty, fruity aromas and flavors of cherry - berry, dried leaves, planked oak - menthol, and pink peppercorns with a slightly chewy, lively, dry full body and a peppery, complex, breezy finish with leafy, woody tannins and moderate oak. Pairs well with Duck Confit, Ham with Cherry Glaze, and Souvlaki.

Régis’ vineyards sit at 750 feet, surrounded by hills far east of the Loire River, & centered proudly on the prized limestone & clay of the Kimmeridgian chain. The scattered flint in these vineyards imbues wines with a character quite distinctive from the neighboring village of Sancerre. You couldn’t ask for a cleaner, fresher, flintier, or truer expression of Sauvignon Blanc.

Quincy was the second recognized appellation in France in 1936, second to Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Grapes had long been planted here w/ Sauvignon Blanc having been introduced by Cistercian monks in the 12th century. Distinctive flavor profile born from warmer soils, it tastes of ripe, succulent citrus devoid of grassiness, while boasting the same flinty nerve as a good Sancerre.
