Lovely bay leaf, pepper, lavender & tobacco notes impart texture & range as they wrap around a core of solid black currant & fig fruit. Shows a grippy charcoal feel through the finish. Very solid.Inky ruby. Powerful, deeply pitched aromas of black & blue fruits, garrigue & licorice, with a spicy topnote. Densely packed and chewy in texture, offering smoky cassis and cherry.

The palate is smooth and creamy. Aromas of under ripe strawberry and raspberry. A full mouthfeel kept honest with firm minerality and ripe raspberry and fresh strawberry fruit. A tremendous value from Lirac, this rose is a must try.

This wine is a bright mouthful that is as easy on the palate as its pale color is easy on the eye. It is lightly crisp with red fruits and citrus, and is very ready to drink. With a pale salmon-pink robe, this rosé reveals aromas of white flowers and red berries. In the mouth, its beautiful structure expresses notes of candy and fresh fruit.

There's a wild, untamed quality to this 100% Nero d'Avola that comes forth as almond, wild berry, cola and dried ginger. Made according to biodynamic principles, this is fresh, tart, focused and complex. It offers a thrilling experience.

Lurid violet. Ripe cherry and black raspberry on the nose, along with hints of violet and cracked pepper. Concentrated and lively as well, offering sweet red and dark berry flavors that pick up a hint of smokiness on the back half. A licorice candy nuance appears on the clinging finish, which is given shape by smooth tannins.

It carries a pale rose color, a lovely fruit blossom nose and finishes crisply dry with a stony touch that gives it class and elegance. The Roses of Peyrassol are made from the direct press method. The grapes undergo cold maceration before being pressed. This gives them their beautiful watermelon pink color. Lively, fresh and full-bodied.

Dried rose petals, orange rind and lavender aromas complete the evanescent and intriguing nose of this dark peachy colored wine. Sweet peach & pear flavors generate a softness of flavor and texture that get snapped tight when the fresh natural acidity brings more rose petal and peach skin for the win.

Fermented in wooden oak vats, and aged for 10mo in used barriques; after the assemblage, the wine was stored in 3,000-liter foudres. It has 12.5% alc. Very spicy and still closed on the nose, with dark cherries and berries. Silky textured, fresh and elegant, this is a medium-bodied, fresh and fruity, firmly structured wine with present tannins and a classic Claret taste.

(aged in a combination of concrete vats and used French oak barrels for 8mo): Vivid ruby. The pungent nose is redolent of smoke-accented dark berries, candied violet and a hint of lively white pepper. Vibrant, sappy blackberry and cassis flavors develop and take on weight in the glass. Energetic and focused on the finish, with lingering suave floral and dark berry liqueur.
