Brewed in small batches, and fermented unhurriedly at low temperatures, Shirakabegura is clean and smooth. Relish the sweet rice flavor as it unfolds with each sip. Pear and nutmeg nose, warm & tart pear and green apple flavors. Pairs well with everything! This is a neutral sake that agrees with all flavors.

The L.A. Cetto Chardonnay is barrel fermented for 7 months, followed by another 7 months aging in French oak and 6 months in the bottle before releasing it. Aroma of tropical and citrus fruits with a touch of wood. Tastes fresh, light and clean with notes of tropical fruit.

Stains the palate with intense, spice-accented red and dark berry flavors that put on weight with air. The floral quality comes back strong on the finish, which shows striking clarity and sweet, penetrating persistence.

The initial whiff of this wine combines chalk, passion fruit and a milky floral overtone. The palate wraps these notions in fine, ripe lemon zestiness, focusing on midpalate texture rather than fruit. The body is rounded and yeasty, with a lovely, lemony, chalky depth that lends coolness.
