Golden yellow hue, fine mousse. Fresh nose of dried fruit (apricot) with a hint of citrus. Smooth palate (Meunier); fresh, balanced and fruity (fresh apricot, white peach, citrus); aromatic finish.

Always very dry and always tasting like ripe blackberry juice from which the sweetness was somehow removed. Iris and berry as always, but this is an especially fetching and balanced edition of this. The finish is like stirring chalk dust through blackberry juice.

It spent 21 months in 35% new French oak. It exhibits notes of cedar, cigar wrapper, red cherry, raspberry, and hints of leather. On the palate, the wine shows through as a medium to full-bodied wine that shows bright acids paired with medium to medium plus tannins. It concludes with a smooth and lengthy finish on the back palate.

A light straw yellow hue with flecks of green. This is Julien’s slightly easier going, crisp Muscadet from soils largely of gneiss and vines around 30 to 40 years old. The wine ages for six months on the lees and one month in bottle. Dynamite, delicate aromas of sea spray, iodine, citrus zest, orange blossom and white flowers start things off. The wine has exceptional focus.

The wine has beautiful elegance and density with high toned raspberry and huckleberry fruit, finishing with juicy acidity and a complex finish given to the wine by the 24 year old vines of this block.

This Pinot Noir Rosé is produced with grapes from the beautiful benchlands and valleys of Mendocino County. Employing traditional Burgundian winemaking methods along with fermention and aging in French Burgundy oak barrels has created a beautiful wine that offers classic Pinot Noir Rose aromas and flavors of strawberries and watermelon.

Loads of fruit show on the nose of this wine: green and red apple, strawberry and ample, zesty citrus. The palate is taut, fresh, dry and precise, shot through with appetizing fruity flavors. A wonderful, flavorsome rosé, with or without food.

This is a rare blanc that's still made from Pinot Blanc from a small 0.36-hectare parcel of old vines. The vineyard is composed of about 80% Pinot Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested and fermented together and aged half in barrel and half in stainless steel for about nine months before being bottled. The 2015 is quite fresh, with a bright floral nose.

Quite approacable and is showing dark berries in the nose. On the palate lovely balanced with a good fresh acidity. It has a lovely fruit on the palate – pure and quite juicy.

Green Glow is 100% skin-­fermented Sauvignon Blanc. We believe that Green Glow 2013 was New Zealand's first skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc and the style provides a really interesting and friendly wine. Oh, and the label glows in the dark. A very interesting take on Kiwi Sauvignon, but this supernatural is not too scary.
