Enticing aromas of peach, apricot and green apple flirt with the nose, while flavors of white nectarine, pear and citrus dance on the palate. This wine also displays lively acidity, as well as a subtle creaminess with hints of butter and meringue .

On the nose, this wine offers beautiful bright red fruit & a hint of floral aromas. On the palate, there are undertones of bright strawberry & cherry, accentuated with hints of caramel & toasty oak. The natural acidity gives vibrancy and it is an excellent partner to so many foods; it is medium bodied and has a long finish. A classic Pinot Noir that is true to its appellation.

This Mendocino Chardonnay was aged in seasoned oak barrels so the wine can quietly age on the lees which allows the wine to gain richness without picking up heavy oak tones. Spicy Asian pear , Mango and citrus flavors that are topped off with a bright lemon finish. The rich flavors from from Lees aging and the crisp finish make this a wonderful food wine.

Generous, orange blossom, apricot and papaya scented bouquet that is very well defined. The palate is full of tropical-tinged fruit and wonderful acidity. The finish is quite citric which keeps the wine lively and energetic.This is a very fine Chablis!

Brilliant straw-yellow in color, enhanced by the perlage. The fruity flavors of pears, apples and peaches dissolve into floral notes, with a hint of citrus fruit and an aromatic quality that is fresh and rich in sensations. To pair with fish and vegetables hors d'oeuvres, first courses of seafoods and baked fish. Perfect as an aperitif as well.

Our goal was to apply small lot high end winemaking practices in the production of this wine. To that end the grapes were harvested in late Sept to ensure optimal ripeness. The fermentation was managed for maximum fruit extraction and to develop velvety tannins. The resulting wine is an amazingly rich and exceptionally smooth.
