This Chardonnay is made from grapes that are grown organically, starts with a bouquet of marzipan, hazelnut and brioche followed by medium weight flavors reminiscent of white flowers, peach pit and baked New York apple. This wine finishes clean and bright. 88 pts. International Wine Report.

Inviting and approachable, this wines bouquet prepares the palate with aromas of cherry jubi- lee, coco-dusted red berries, and subtle hints of spice. Red fruit driven, the supple entry teases with bright notes of fresh cherry and licorice immediately lead into darker, eshier notes. This full-bodied Cabernet shows a beautiful balance of fruit, acid, spice, and tannin.

Medium garnet color, with bright red reflections. The nose shows macerated cherries, spices, licorice and notes of Garrigue (thyme, rosemary, juniper). The mouth is full bodied, with lots of fruit and ends with a great freshness. The tannins are elegant and fleshy.

"This single vineyard wine has enormous potential. At this stage it is dry and not quite integrated. But with the rich fruitiness, the hints of yellow fruits and the tight mineral character, this wine will age extremely well.

Made from 100% Merlot and checking in at 13.5% natural alcohol, this sports an inky purple color to go with terrific notes of black cherries, crème brulee, spice, smoked herbs and licorice. Fabulously pure with medium to full-bodied richness, no hard edges ,and both freshness and richness, it's one of the top Merlots I've tasted from the Santa Cruz Mountains; drink up to 20 yr.

Fresh black and blue fruit aromas are lifted and sharpened by a peppey note and a suggestion of smoky minerals. Vibrant and focused on the palate, offering intense boysenberry and cassis flavos that put on weight with aeration. Seamless and expressive, with no rough edges and a long, gently tannic finish that echoes the blueberry note.

Even with 5% Merlot and 4% Syrah blended in, this wine is light as light can be, with wispy tannins and modest acidity. Raspberry and pine-needle scents are joined by a meaty aroma that may give you a hankering for pork chops. The wine's airy mouthfeel is almost spritzy, with Rainier cherry and lemon flavors.

Gruet Blanc de Blancs is a Brut styled sparkler, medium lemon in color with a fantastic bead in the glass that remains incredibly lively throughout the palete. Aromas of intense notes of brioche, followed by green apples, lemon zest, honeysuckle, and tropical fruit.
