Clearly has much more mineralité than the Charmes: crushed limestone sprinkled over citrus fruit, wild peaches and a touch of white tea. The palate is very well balanced with fine acidity, taut and fresh, good concentration with a potent finish that has the sapidity to encourage another sip (immediately!) Superb.

Features a bright ruby red color with luminous reflections and a captivating aroma profile of wild strawberries, cherries, and floral notes like rose petals, complemented by balsamic hints. The palate is characterized by a soft yet structured texture, with silky tannins and a fresh, savory character, leading to a lingering finish that highlights red fruit sensations.

This Chardonnay comes from Lolonis Vineyard, a historic site in the southern end of Redwood Valley. They do a combination of carbonic macerated and destemmed maceration (3 weeks on skins) to coax out tons of pine, mandarin, and ginger spice flavors with a juicy mouthfeel. Very Chardonnay, but unlike what you’re probably used to!

Bright and citrus-driven, its silky texture dials back the intensity of some NZ sauvignon blancs without losing their fruitful appeal. Generous tropical aromas and flavors of ripe pineapple, gooseberry, and banana are joined on the palate by zesty white grapefruit notes and lush green herbal tones.

This wine tastes like summer in a glass—imagine fresh fruit punch with a sophisticated twist, offering juicy berry flavors that dance on the palate with natural vibrancy and refreshing acidity.

From 30-45 year old vines grown on a 6.26ha plot of calcareous soils. After a native ferment in stainless, it rests there for a brief time on lees prior to bottling. Perfumed pear, lemon blossom, green melon glide along a slick palate, buffered with silken lees through a humming, lingering, saline finish. Super polished and smart.

The Vermentino grape is grown all over the island of Sardinia, but in the DOCG of Gallura on the northern shores the salty sea air whips the vines and their roots descend deep through massive granite slabs to reach water. The result is a white wine with an intense brightness and minerality, with notes of golden pear and lemon zest and hints of salinity.

Archambaud’s Aux Réas vineyard was planted between 1947 and 1948. Aux Reas, is not to be confused with Clos de Reas which is the premier cru portion of the vineyard. Aux Reas is solid Village level Vosne Romanee quality, and the 2020 vintage is forward, with ripe fruit, but it has unmistakable Vosne with plenty of mineral character, sweet cherries, cassis, and sweet red cherry.

An aromatic and floral bouquet full of strawberry and cherry. Medium-bodied on the palate with distinct tannins and earthy notes that lend this Santenay a wild quality that's belied by its excellent balance and precision. A long, round finish with mouthwatering salinity.

Kilkerran 8 Year Old is a Campbeltown single malt Scotch whisky produced at the Glengyle Distillery. It's known for its cask strength releases, often matured in either bourbon or sherry casks. The bourbon cask matured version offers notes of vanilla, honey, and subtle peat smoke. The sherry cask matured version features richer flavors of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and spice.

Made from the head of the Dasylirion plant, Casa Lotos Blanco is carefully harvested by hand in the wild then cooked in a brick oven. The plant is fermented in native pine and double-distilled in copper stills for exceptional flavor and clarity. The hallmarks of our Blanco include a tang of green herbs, with hints of pine, cucumber and green peppercorns on the nose.
