Guado De’ Gemoli is perfect expression of the characteristics of the Bolgheri region. Elegance, power and complexity are the distinctive features of this wine. The wine is extremely complex with notes of liquorice, tobacco, cedar and cinnamon. A persistent, soft and long finish. Enjoyable upon release but able to mature for many years.

For Paolo Bea, the focus is on indigenous grapes, specifically the rugged and distinctive Sagrantino. It's a grape with an extraordinarily high number of phenolic compounds, more than almost any other. It can be wild and untamed, but with long maceration times and long aging—in barrel and in bottle, like Bea does—it melds into something exotic and exciting.

Due to a devastating frost in 2020, we were forced to source fruit for our 2021 vintage. We're honored to produce wines farmed biodynamically from Parvenah Vineyards in Paso Robles, CA. This Primitivo Rose was spontaneously fermented on native yeast - 50% whole cluster foot stomped, 50% whole berry destemmed - and aged 11 months sur lie on a mixture of stainless and oak.

Blended from various parcels within Chablis, this wine is a compelling example of everything Chablis "should be." Discreet, Kimmeridgian mineral freshness on the nose, and a zippy stonefruit and lemon introduction to the palate. Lees aging provides a slyly supple body for a compelling finish.

A very expressive nose with an explosion of aromas, cream, pastry, white flowers (lilac, lily of the valley), acidulous candy, fresh fruit such as peach, apricot. On the palate it is well balanced, rich, full of finesse and very fresh. Opulent aromas of white fruit, cream, butter and candy lead to a complex, very long finish with notes of citrus and minerality.

Julie’s wines come with an “elbow grease guarantee” and “100% happy vines”. dark rubylicious. Plum and cherry scents weave their way out followed by something a little buttercream frosting that blends in citrus and cedar. Slowly sipping those cherries and plums again along with prunes, Fig Newtons, raspberries, cranberries, tangerine and orange peels.

Sea Smoke is a biodynamic, all Estate Cult Pinot Producer from the Santa Rita Hills. The 2020 Southing has great balance of complexity and elegance. Fresh cherry with hibiscus flowers, cinnamon, sage and brown spice explode from the glass. Silky tannins with fresh acidity keeps this lively and lingering on the finish. Very limited- a perfect gift for any Pinot Noir Lover.

“Elektrisch” translates to, yup you guessed it, electric – and that’s how we like our Kabinetts. Which is to say, lighter, more delicate, less sweet and more acid-driven than a lot of the Kabinett.
For those of you who like the numbers: the mere 36 grams of residual sugar is easily countered and lifted by 7.4 grams of acidity.
