A versatile dry gin that is crafted using a unique combination of 22 botanicals that are hand-foraged locally and sustainably on the Scottish island of Islay. This incredible attention to detail results in a beautifully complex and elegantly smooth gin with a versatile flavor profile that is perfect for cocktails.

Inspired to produce an even fruitier, sweeter Balvenie, Apprentice Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie had the bright idea to import Virgin Oak barrels from Kentucky. After deep toasting them at The Balvenie Cooperage they were filled with Balvenie aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The result is a delectably complex whisky with notes of candied fruit, coconut and delicate vanilla.

The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old single malt whisky has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

The grapes come from gravel soils which brings a bit more density of fruit. Lovely bright pink color, hints of raspberry and strawberry, very dry and balanced on the palate with a bit of peach and red berries in the finish with crisp saline acidity. "Particulièrement gouleyant" it says on the label and even if we can't pronounce it—we couldn't agree more!

Orange peel, allspice, and cinnamon highlight layers of banana bread with rich caramel. On the palate, apple crisp and molasses lead to a balanced finish of fruit and spice, rounding out this luxurious, summer sipper.

The 2022 vintage of Pinhook Rye showcases bright aromas of pear, clove, walnut, and honeycomb. These transition to a vibrant palate of baked apple, black pepper, and toffee.

Dorka represents yet another dynamic generation coming of age in Tokaj. Quantities of her wines extremely limited as this is still a very nascent project. The floral and tropical aromatics of this Harslevlu jump out of the glass. The wine is rich and decadent with streaks of minerality and salinity, a tokaj like no other.

In 1999 Christine de Saussine took her place at the helm of the family winery and immediately began to put her stamp on the estate. Medium bodied bright and fresh fruit on this un-oaked beauty.

This Petit Verdot is dark in color, rich and sturdy on the palate, Bordeaux-esque.

The levity and freshness of spring come alive in this pet'nat of 100% Muscat from Swabian hills. Aromas of juicy, ripe pears burst on the palate.

In the rural Vendôme region of the Loire, Patrice Colin’s organic farm boasts some of the oldest Pineau d’Aunis vines in France. This red showcases great acidity up front while the long finish has robust dark strawberry and blackberry fruit suffused with granite dust. This would pair fantastically with roast duck and potatoes or mushrooms sautéed with fresh herbs.

This wine is made from a grape called EVA DE LOS SANTOS. It’s from the Extremadura region in Spain & it’s RARE. This wine is made in an oxidative style which means wines that have been deliberately exposed to oxygen during the winemaking process. It gives off nutty vibes and tips the hat to a light manzanilla style sherry. ITS VERY DOPE.
