Nose: Heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa. Faint vanilla and tobacco spice.

Palate: Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa. Toffee, caramel, chocolate and spice notes abound.

Finish: Silky smooth, almost creamy with a long, warm satisfying tail.

Nose: Light with traces of cinnamon and cocoa which layer against traditional notes of caramel and burnt oak.
Palate: Light cinnamon spice comes into play, along with brown sugar, cocoa, and maple syrup.
Finish: The flavors crescendo, with a brief eruption of baking spice and chocolatey caramel notes.

Imagine a Leprechaun riding on a rainbow-colored unicorn to a bonfire that was started with magical fairy dust. It tastes like that.

Tasting notes: Notes of brûléed vanilla sugar, toasted sweet corn, dark cherry and light smoke.

Nose: Lemon meringue, vanilla, spice, citrus, and an overall youthfulness.
Palate: Orange saltwater taffy, fudge, vanilla, and honey.
Finish: Simple syrup, toasted marshmallow, vanilla, and honey smacks cereal. The finish is medium in length and quite sweet.

Coming primarily from the Gemini vineyard in the Northern Willamette Valley, this fresh and juicy rose is fruity but ultimately dry. Portland Wine Company's owner and winemaker Matt Berson named this wine Garageland after the song by the Clash, as a reminder that great art (and wine) is often created behind garage doors away from the eyes of consultants and focus groups.

Nose: Vanilla and brown sugar with char and hints of butterscotch, light citrus, and honey.
Palate: Sweet and creamy vanilla up front followed by oak, floral, and toffee.
Finish: Bright floral citrus finish right up front with subtle rye spice followed by oak and clove.

This cinnamon-forward spirit pairs well with citrus fruits, such as lemon and orange, as well as apple.
Some home cooks incorporate Fireball into a wide, weird variety of recipes ranging from marshmallows to meatballs. Of course, there are the trillion different Fireball shots recipes, but the food is where it gets really interesting.

Nose: There’s a burn here, almost medicinal at first smell, but after a bit of opening up I caught clove, cardamom, and cocoa.

Palate: When I say fiery, I mean it. This is not what I’d consider a slow sipper. I got the pithiness of the white of a lemon, and a spice that hits the back of the throat and lingers. There isn’t much subtlety in this rye.

The distiller’s notes for this rye show that on the nose, you’ll find aromas of poached pear, bitter orange, ground ginger, lavender, wet sandalwood, tanned leather on a wooden work bench. It tastes of stewed apples with cinnamon, brown sugar oatmeal with golden raisins, salted caramels, fresh ginger, coriander, star anise, and eucalyptus.

Spending its fermentation between concrete eggs and clay amphora, these unfiltered grapes show off crushed herbs & floral aromas mingle with Honeydew Melon and tropical fruits. Persistent flavors of blackcurrant, citrus, and kiwi fruit. This wine has elegant complexity and a lively, dry finish.
