Talnua Gin is a unique American single pot still gin, known for its non-traditional G&T flavor profile. It's made with a single pot still mashbill of unmalted and malted barley, triple distilled in the traditional genever style. Talnua also offers a Finglas Gin, which is their standard recipe finished in American White Oak barrels, adding a complex character.

This wine is concentrated with aromas of blackberry, clove, toasty oak, violets and earth on the nose. The flavors on the palate are mulberry, black currant, pink grapefruit zest, dried herbs transmuting into tobacco leaf, espresso and grippy tannins. Decant for an hour and enjoy with grilled meats.
