This rustic ancestrale method sparkling rose hails from a small organic family farm in Lombardy in Northern Italy. The grapes are hand-picked in September and fermented slowly in tanks until it's bottled unfiltered the next June. As the cellar temperatures rise the yeast awake and naturally carbonate the wine. Refreshing and pretty, serve with prosciutto and fontina piled high!

Wavy Wines is Los Angeles-based winemaking project by Jude Zasadzki and Eliot Kessel. Deeply hued yet light on its feet, this orange wine / rosé from the Wavy team will surely help you quench your thirst the summer. The wine is made from 3 different parcels and 3 different ferments. Apricot, orange blossom and thyme appear on the nose while the wine finishes crisp and bright.

Blackberry and huckleberry flavors are concentrated and plump, with appealing details of black tea, clove and dried mint. Firm tannins never get in the way, firming up slightly on the finish.

The Grande Dame of the Loire Valley and her marquee wine. This is truly the benchmark of Chinon and a delicious, savory Cabernet Franc. Pencil shavings and wet grass dominate the nose, and the palate balances cherry fruit with herbs and earth. Please decant two or three hours in advance if drinking now and serve a bit cool with roast chicken, pork or lamb.

Made from Nerello Mascalese grapes, this wine is coral pink in color with a fine and persistent foam. The nose has hints of blood orange, minerals in the form of smoky aromas and florals. On the palate the wine is juicy and fresh.

Very subtle greenish-yellow color, intense aromas of passion fruit, mango, and pink grapefruit, with subtle mineral notes. Good attack on the palate, well balanced acidity, and a long finish, highlighting notes of tropical fruit. Ideal to serve with red meat, pasta, fish and white meat with spiced sauces.

The base wine was kept on the lees for 8 months initially during the first fermentation. 10% of the Chardonnay was Barrel Fermented. The second fermentation that occurs in the bottle ages on the lees for 84 months. After “disgorgement”, or removal of the yeast lees, and “dosage” (adding base wine and sugar) the final product is left on the cork for 9 months, and then released.

A dense Champagne with a tight and linear structure. Compressed and very pretty. Hints of nuts and cream with some pie crust. Some nougat, too. Very long and flavorful. It’s one for a meal. One third of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in barrel for about six months. Disgorged July 19, 2020. It’s aged six years on lees.

You will also notice scents of white flowers, enhanced by a hint of citrus. Throughout the mouth, the body remains supple, slightly mineral and it has a long aftertaste.

Damien is Georges Descombes' step-son, and has worked alongside his step-father since early childhood. Learning everything from Descombes—both in the vines and in their now shared cellar—has instilled the same values in Damien's work ethic: organic viticulture, hand harvesting, native yeasts, zero intervention in the cellar and little if any sulfuring at bottling.

A fruity sparkler made by the traditional method of refermentation in bottle (no charmat method here). Aromas of red fruits and herbs and dry violet tones. On the palate it’s intense, fleshy and enveloping with a delicate carbonic texture, good tannins and a persistent finish. In short, this is a delicate and natural wine that has immense glugability.
