This 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend is an elegant and supple wine of a classic structure with soft tannins, it develops powerful aromas of blackcurrant, prune and spices.

Fireside Single Barrel Wheated Bourbon is aged in small 30 gallon new American Oak barrels so it has the character of a much older bourbon. Our mash of Colorado corn, toasted wheat and two-row malted barley results in notes of pecan, caramel, and creamy vanilla. We bottle Fireside Wheated Bourbon at a precise 105.6 proof, because that's 52.80% ABV, and we're Mile High Spirits!

Fireside Bottled In Bond is distilled, aged and bottled completely at our downtown Denver distillery. We start with Colorado corn, Colorado rye and malted barley sourced during one season. After aging at least 4 years in our rack house, we blend only a few select barrels for each batch, then bottle it at 100-proof. Enjoy the notes of caramel apple, toasted pecan and spicy rye.

A light copper color, it's toasty and lush, with nicely balanced highlights of lemon, cherry and mocha. It was fermented and aged entirely in neutral French oak.

The Mionetto Prosecco Brut DOC has an intense fruity bouquet with a hint of golden apples. It is very dry, fresh, light in body and well-balanced. This wine is perfect alone as an aperitif or as a delightful complement to appetizers such as prosciutto or mild cheeses. Excellent as a base for Bellinis and other sparkling wine cocktails.

Pale orange in color. Floral and herbs on the nose, juicy strawberry and a hint of spice on the palate and finish. Refreshing!

Grown on volcanic soils, scents of flowers and hay, kiwi, lime, cream and honeysuckle carry though to the palate where accents of chalk and lemon add detail. Fresh but not piercing, this shows balance and a gentle terroir-oriented minerality and texture. While this vintage not yet rated, the past 4 vintages have received over 90 points from various professional wine reviewers.

A rare example of the Mountain Cab style, where the grape is grown in a particularly cool yet sunny site (like the top of the Sonoma Coast range) where enough ripeness occurs to give all the inky blackberry fruit that we love in Cab while maintaining a delicateness on the palate that is so rare with this grape, like an iron fist with a velvet glove!

This winery is a partnership of 3 friends to preserve indigenous varietals and old vineyards. Each variety in this blend is fermented separately in small vats with indigenous yeasts and matured in a mixture of stainless steel and casks. The warm vintage delivered a ripe wine that is quite fruit-driven and expressive, with a juicy, round palate with good balance and acidity.

The Blanc de Blancs is a blend of different Chardonnay parcels grown on sandy loam. The grapes from these parcels create a regal and precise expression of the terroir —full of finesse with a long lingering finish. An initial crisp acidity gives way to generous floral, ripe pear, peach and citrus notes, complemented by a subtle twist of orange peel and dried fruit complexity.

The name translates to "point and a half" . With a flavor and bitterness in-between a red vermouth and Italian amaro, Punt e Mes can be used as a substitute for rosso vermouth in such drinks as the Americano, Manhattan, Negroni, and Boulevardier. It is also great on the rocks or with soda with an orange tist as an aperitivo.

Rich, powerful & oaky, brimming with fruit underpinned by spice with a savory, toasty & characterful long finish.
The young-vine Syrah provides plush black fruits, while the Grenache adds dark cherry & spice. Aged 24 months in French Oak Barrels rounds out the expressive tannins & adds a soft vanilla notes.

This wheated bourbon is the latest from Mile High Spirits, made with Rocky Mountain water and Colorado corn and aged in the distillery's Denver rackhouse. It's a single barrel bottling, aged 3 years 2 months. The nose delivers caramel and vanilla, with a palate that starts with vanilla and maple and finishes with citrus and honey. Yum!
