Tasting Notes: Smooth and rich, with light smokiness on the nose and pallet. Notes of vanilla, citrus, earthy spice, and turmeric. Warm and rich tones that linger delightfully on the pallet.

Serving recommendations: Wonderful on its own as an apéritif or a digestive. Also goes beautifully with barbecue, smoked fish, salami, and aromatic hard cheeses.

Aroma opens with an earthiness, followed by cooked agave, cinnamon, pepper, dried flowers and chocolate. The chocolate becomes more identifiable as white chocolate on the flavor. Anise, pepper, cooked agave and cinnamon. More tropical fruit than citrus. The white chocolate dominates on the retro nasal and walnut develops on the back end. Buttery mouth feel.

Nose: nice cooked agave, wet rocks, ripe banana, hint of vanilla. Flavor: sugar cane, black pepper, banana and vanilla. Finish: long and the cooked agave shows up and ends with some light spice.

Sardegna is rustic and enchantingly beautiful island with sea-kissed, warm summers. The diurnal temperatures help yield concentrated Cannonau grapes, rich in acidity and primary aromas. The wine has notes of cherries and berries with herbal accents. The palate has subtle mineral notes with soft, polished tannins, and a touch of spice on the finish. Delish!

A liter flask of wine on the table is a an convivial age-old tradition. A crushable red made with grapes normally seen in France that shine on the Tuscan coast. A small % is done with carbonic maceration and the rest with a traditional crush. Aged 6-7 months in cement. Native yeast and no fining. A joyful clean and fresh wine with notes of leather, cherry, pomegranate and a little spice.

This 30-acre estate offers an excellent wine that demonstrates the balance between the ripeness of Merlot and the more restrained nature of the Cabernets. Add in the barrel aging, and the wine has both structure and elegance. Drink from 2022.

Aromas of crushed gravel, toasted spice, chocolate and cherry jam display very good depth on the nose. There's levity to the medium-bodied palate, with tangy acidity pushing through the rich blue fruit and red fruit flavors. The tannins are fine and supportive, yet play second fiddle to the vivacious acidity.
