This orange pet nat of Pinot Gris is Lindenlaub’s newest cuvée, one that we couldn’t be more excited about. It’s the perfect winter pet nat; two days on the skins before being pressed, it has weight but it’s not overbearing, making it the perfect apero wine. The only thing more perfect than this wine is Kota, the Shiba Inu pictured on the label with his favorite stuffed animal.

Meunier dominant, featuring some ripe Pinot Noir, and a bit of Chardonnay that was once planted essentially on accident in 1965. This wine is extremely luxurious, nutty, saline. If you’re looking to age Champagne, look no further.

Floral notes with leaves and baking spices, as well as blueberries and a peppery edge. The palate has good concentration and fleshy fruit presence with finely cast tannins. Drink or hold.

This Pullus Pinot Noir is of a ruby color and it delights with a pronounced fruity/earthy bouquet which reminds of strawberry marmalade and dried cranberry, complemented with a lovely velvety medium finish and enhanced by the sophisticated aromas of dark chocolate. North-east Slovenia has the IDEAL climate for Pinot Noir, so for Pinot Noir lovers this is a must!

Winemaker Ryan Stirm fruit from old head-trained Zinfandel vines that are dry-farmed with organic farming practices. The oldest plantings date back to 1904!

The grapes are then fermented whole cluster in old-school, large, open-top redwood fermenters. This is an finessed, aromatic, floral, and spicy Zinfandel that has you quickly reaching for more!

We're partial to the high-altitude mountain wines of Vallee D’Aoste, which generally have a distinctive alpine character, lower alcohol and crunchy bright fruit -- a style the Grosjean wines exemplify. Their Gamay screams ALPINE with juicy, aromatic red fruit, black pepper and bright acid that goes down way too easy. Serve ever-so-slightly chilled.

Dark ruby. Ripe black and blue fruit and spice qualities on the nose and palate, along with a hint of licorice. Broad, supple and gently sweet, showing good depth and a repeating spicy note on the nicely persistent, subtly tannic finish.

From batch 3 of GlenAllachie wood finish series, this gorgeous ruby red malt was initially aged for ten years in American Oak Barrels before being re-racked into Ruby Port Pipes. The secondary maturation period further develops the depth of flavor and complexity, as well as bestowing a vibrant, rich color.

Bottled at 48%, with no added coloring and unchilfiltered for flavor.

Produced by the legendary Springbank distillery, Longrow was first distilled in 1973 as an experiment to prove that Islay style whisky could be made on the mainland. Each year Longrow Red is released in small quantities using a different wine barrel. This peaty yet sweet whisky is matured for 7 years in bourbon casks before spending another 3 in refilled malbec barrels.

A dry, fresh and very fruity white wine. Complex, with notes of tropical fruits: pineapple, mango, passion-fruit. Very well-balanced in the mouth while having very intense aromas.

The Koerner brothers recently took over their parents very old vineyards in the Clare Valley and began converting to organics and working to make food friendly wines with a light touch. This Bordeaux-style blend is made more in a Loire Valley style with rich dark fruit to stand up to anything you might cook on the barby but heavy or hot jammyness . A finish that goes for days!

Kim & Dan are the Art & Science respectively. Kim is a renowned artist whose work graces all their labels and Dan is a natural winemaker and fermentation wizard. They work with all kinds of fruit, making ciders, perries and wine as well as some funkier things. This gorgeous food friendly red is from biodynamic grapes sourced from Johan Vineyards. Nothing added, nothing removed.

The 45-year-old vines are deeply rooted in blue-green slate that lies under a top soil of calcareous clay. This combination results in perfect nutrient and water availability for the vines. The grapes were mostly destemmed and fermented in open-top wood tanks. After a moderate maceration the wine is pressed off into neutral barrel for élevage. Only 158 cases made this vintage.
