The Ibarra-Young Vineyard was established in 1971 and was one of the first vineyards planted in Santa Ynez Valley. Alice farms the vineyard biodynamically and it yields her a Syrah that is bright, refreshing, vibrant and full of life!

TASTING NOTES
"Sweet aromas of caramel, toffee and beeswax are presented with the tasting profile of more of the same. Additionally, there's a slight nutty and wood spice finish which winds up on the dry side."

A Speyside classic, The Glenlivet 12 Year Double Oak is crafted from 100% malted barley and matured in American and European oak casks. Smooth and fruit-forward, it opens with ripe pear and citrus, layered with vanilla and soft oak spice. A refined single malt with timeless appeal and a hint of orchard sweetness.

This whisky’s texture is like that of a light oil. The taste of it smacks you with peat smoke up front. Behind the smokiness are notes of pepper and cinnamon, and behind that are smaller notes of oak tannins, dark berries and bitter chocolate. The finish turns smokier still, making the experience a progression of smoke, before fading away and leaving just the afterglow.

Ireland- A polished and mature Irish single malt whiskey selected and bottled at the ideal age. Entry is balanced, focused, and integrated, slightly astringent and nicely fruity. Midpalate has delicate tastes of marshmallow, brown sugar, oaky vanilla, and marzipan. Excellent Value.

Expressive tropical notes of mango delicate pear, and bright stone fruit. Lifted aromatics of citrus, lightly spiced with toasty oak and hints of buttery cream add a savory character.It all comes together on the palate with well defined flavors of nectarine and peach.

Vivacious and intensely delicious with terrific chalk/talc mineral aromas that follow through on the palate. Notes of fresh peaches, mint and white pepper make this a great pairing for many cheeses, white meats, and vegetable dishes. Lingering acidity and seriously subtle. Dry joy in a glass!

The 2019 ÆRENA Cabernet Sauvignon entices the nose with aromas of plum, cherry, warming spices, and orange zest. Flavors of cola, plum, coffee, and chocolate delight the palate leading to a fresh and youthful finish.
