You will need a little patience to let this cuvée reveal its full potential - it needs to be forgotten for 1 or 2 years in the cellar before being tasted around a dish of character, after a good decanting. The slight reduction at the opening gives way to fruity and peppery notes. The palate is slender, fine, with present tannins, with an extremely fine grain.
