Sables d’Azur blends the best selection of Rosé wines from the interior Valley of Provence and Sainte Victoire Terroir. These Côtes de Provence vineyards benefit fully from the Mediterranean climate: mild winters, early spring and moderate summers, when the sun’s continuous and beneficial rays ensure the vines produce fully mature grapes, oozing ripe juice.

Full body vintage with ripe red fruit, solid tannic structure, intense minerality, spicy fruit, and slow maturing tannins. Dark cherry/plum fruit, spice, menthol, licorice and a whole range of balsamic inflections grow as the Montestefano shows off its class. Great purity and an intense mid-palate, followed by a strong grip of tannins on the finish.

The wine that has come to define the traditional style of txakolina. Produced exclusively from indigenous hondarrabi zuri grapes grown on trellises high on the slopes rising above Getaria, an ancient Basque fishing village on Spain’s rugged northern coast. A joyful wine with signature salty and briny notes, crisp acidity, low alcohol, and refreshing spritz naturally complements the region’s exquisite seafood.

Bodegas Barreda in the high altitude dry meseta region of La Mancha Spain is converting these old vines to organics. This wine is a crowd pleaser with plump blackberry fruit and hints of vanilla, but it has a bit of a serious side, some bass notes if you will that make it able to stand up to great foods like BBQ, dry-aged steaks or leg of lamb with herbs.

This English-style barleywine ale uses floor-malted English barley, Noble hops, and is aged in 10-15 year-old, single use bourbon barrels for 16 months to bring you a complex and subtle craft beer flavor experience. We brewed this to celebrate brewing our 5000th brew, and we look forward to sharing it with you, our craft beer family.

Low in alcohol, refreshingly tart, and often served with a flavored syrup like Woodruff or raspberry, the Berliner-style Weisse presents a harmony between yeast and lactic acid. These beers are very pale in color, and may be cloudy as they are often unfiltered. Hops are not a feature of this style, but these beers often do showcase esters.

"Schioppettino (also called Ribolla Nera) originates in the Friuli region of Italy and Slovenia. We have one of the only plantings in California. An ancient grape, Schioppettino, which means “gunshot,” was first mentioned in print for a wedding ceremony in 1282. It is distantly related to Syrah and Pinot noir."

This expressive Sauvignon Blanc shines with bright aromas of lemon zest and a hint of tropical fruit. The palate is fruit forward, with lively flavors of fresh citrus, lemon and lime. A rich texture is complemented with enticing minerality that leads to a clean, refreshing finish.

A more ethereal take on the usual muscular and serious Syrah varietal. 50% whole cluster. An herbaceous and fruity ride, perfect for a garden salad and your favorite grilled meats.

This cuvée is produced on the most beautiful plot of the estate, from Cabernet Franc vines planted on a schist terroir. After manual harvesting in crates and destemming, fermentation and aging take place in ovoid concrete vats. Bottling is done with a minimum dose of sulfur. You will need a little patience to let this cuvée reveal its full potential - it needs to be forgotten for 1 or 2 years in the cellar before being tasted around a dish of character, after a good decanting. The slight reduction at the opening gives way to fruity and peppery notes. The palate is slender, fine, with present tannins, with an extremely fine grain. The aromatic is on notes of black fruits and pepper.

Racy and delicious, this refreshing white offers aromas of tropical fruit, spring wild flower and a whiff of dried botanical herb. On the savory palate, vibrant acidity brightens yellow apple, Meyer lemon and tangy saline before closing on a white-almond note.
