Aromas of strawberry, red cherry and white pepper follow over to the polished, savory palate, along with hints of smoke and pomegranate. It's silky and bright, with fresh acidity, making it incredibly delicious to enjoy now. The versatility of Frappato lends itself to be paired with many dishes hardy and light or can be lightly chilled as an aperitif.

The Brett is big in the smell. Tart blueberries with some perceived vanilla to my nose. Yummy tasting, Brett in unison with the tart blueberries and the oak adds some woody notes. No sweetness here. Who needs it. Good puckering mouthfeel, tasty brew overall. Expensive but worth it imho.

Very sweet/tart with a modest pucker. Strong oak... fruit and berry. Baking cherry, funk, green apple, honey, tanins, and caramel. Whiskey subtle but present and adds a nice undertone. Moderate acidity... this baby has some bite. Medium bodied... zesty carbonation. More funk, tart, and fruit to finish.

This is really nice and very complex. The hop character is sparkling, citrusy and sprucey, and adds a lot to the beer. There’s a nice oak character- it’s almost like white, it doesn’t feel like the usual oak character you would get from something like this. There’s some slight malt sweetness, stone fruit, lemonheads, and a heavy and compelling acidity.

Tart red plum aromas met with sagebrush and turned earth on the nose of this bottling. The palate shows a lot of herbal influence, with plum and red cherry adding fruit flavors.
