Francesc Ferre’s family has been farming grapes organically in Corbera d’Ebre for over 200 years. Hot, dry days in the Mediterranean sun, evening onshore wind and cool nights at Corbera’s high elevation allows grapes to maintain their acidity in arid conditions making it an ideal place to grow fresh, vivacious garnatxa. Light, fruity and a perfect pair for a charcuterie board or grilled meats!

From two organically farmed parcels-La Sybarite is a barrel selection of the best wines of a given vintage. A Sybarite is a person who is self-indulgent in their search for sensuous luxury. 100% de-stemmed, aged in 2/3 new barrel, 1/3 neutral barrel. Pairs beautifully with any hearty lamb dish!

Funky and earthy medium-bodied red from an organic farmer. A non-vintaged blend of two cold-hardy obscure eastern European cross, Dunaj and Alibernet. Stemmy cherry fruit, allspice, a touch of barnyardy brettanomyces. Rustic and ever so delightful with a bit of a chill and served with cold cuts and fresh vegetables.

Hand-harvested grapes. Long Maceration w/o destemming. Fermented in wooden tanks & aged on lees in second-use oak casks for 8 months. Violets, bacon fat & black cherry all interplay on the nose. Deep black cherry & juicy plum flavors meshed w/ candied violets & cool strawberry flavors on the palate. The moderate tannins highlight the fruity components on the finish. Unfiltered.

Hand harvested & destemmed then cofermented in open casks for 15 days. Aged in 220-liter barrels for 3 months. Bottled unfined & unfiltered. Funky & earthy medium-bodied red. From Stéphane Tissot's Biodynamic vineyard in Arbois, named for Stéphane's father, Andre "DD" Tissot. This is a delicious blend of 40% Trousseau, 40% Pinot Noir, & 20% Poulsard co-fermented in 2000L foudres. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy with a variety of cheeses, roasted chicken, or on its own!

'Les Bruyères' is south facing vineyard, sitting a blue clay marl, farmed by Jura's renowned Stephane Tissot accordingly to strict biodynamic principles. While the 45-80 year-old Chardonnay vines produce scant volume, the fruit is always incredibly balanced and concentrated. 'Bruyères' illustrates why Tissot is one of the top renowned Chardonnay producers in the world.

The aromas from the 2017 Yakima Valley Red Wine capture beautiful notes of soft leather, baking spices and bright berry, followed by underlying hints of mint. Soft tannins dance on the tip of the tongue followed by a mouth-coating palate brimming with plum, black pepper, and bright cherry.

A skin contact wine that is made from four different grapes native to Czech Republic. Milan the wine maker vinifies separately and leaves some in contact with the skins. Milan uses a very minimal approach and what remains is the electricity that grasps you right away, with the very first sip, and keeps you coming back for more, like a butterfly lured by a bright halogen light.

Galil Mountain is located in northern Israel. It is officially a subregion of Galilee, where the vineyards are at higher elevations with cooler temperatures. The climate in many parts of the country is very hot and comparable to the US and Mexico border region, but good Cabernet requires a break from the searing heat, and that's where elevation helps. Vincent Paris's Cornas Granit 60 is a regal beauty even at this young age. The nose shows a subtle smokiness, olives, grilled herbs, black pepper, and bacon fat enveloping black plum and blueberry fruit. There's a lovely give and take on the palate between intense minerality and a fresh, dense dark fruit core which still remains tightly coiled at this stage of the wine's life.

Robert Gibourg's very modest six hectare domaine produces stunning Pinot Noir in the classic Burgundian style. Grapes are produced with organic practices and are hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast and minimal sulfur additions. No more than 30% new oak is ever used guaranteeing a delicate, pretty expression of the grape that transports to another place and time!
