This is a bright and cheerful Prosecco loaded with green apple and white floral aromas. Produced entirely from estate fruit and bottled at the estate on a bottling line used exclusevily for Prosecco production. This is a tremendous investment for such an affordable wine, but insure tremendous quality.

The use of carbonic maceration results in a Fruit Gushers-like juiciness and agreeably light tannins, while the choice of Cabernet Sauvignon brings the variety’s classic deep red cherry and vegetal jalapeño notes, coupled with a level of depth. Honeycomb and slate greet the nose first in this dry, crisp and lengthy white wine, moderate in viscosity and ripeness. Lovely notes of apricot follow around a tease of honeysuckle and white flower. It's impressive through the focused finish.

The 2019 Merlot leaps from the glass with layers of ripe black cherry, blackberry, and dark raspberry, alongside baking spice notes of cinnamon spice, vanilla, and crème brûlée. Savory, chaparral notes of lavender, bay laurel, mint and thyme accompany succulent tones of cherry kirsch and bittersweet chocolate. Hints of anise and hazelnut play on the palate, a nod to the delicately interwoven oak integration.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is rock solid and offers impressive currant and blackberry fruit characteristics, notes of graphite and lead pencil, medium to full-bodied richness, and terrific purity. A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot and the rest Cabernet Franc, aged in 66% new French oak, it’s high-quality juice to drink over the coming decade or more. This wone is brimming with classic varietal characteristics of cassis, bramble fruit and blueberry. The hints of butterscotch on the long, smooth finish are a giveaway of the new, carefully selected French oak barrel influence

Soils combine limestone and a siliceous rock called “chaille,” related to flint and often found among Jurassic limestone. Aromas of lemon zest, apple blossoms, crushed stones.
