Orange wine made from the Hungarian Leányka Varietal. The wine was fermented on the skins for 7 days, then racked into large neutral casks where it was aged on its lees for 16 months before being bottled without filtration.

This skin contact Chardonnay hails from the birthplace of Orange wine (the 'proto-orange'!). Grape clusters, hand harvested from Terpin's oldest vineyards, are de-stemmed, macerated for 8 days in Slavonian wood barrels, then the juice is aged for a year in barriques, a year in stainless steel, and finally a year in bottle (and can continue to age).

Casa Belfi Bianco delle Venezie is a white natural wine from Veneto, Northeastern Italy, made from a blend of Incrocio Manzoni and Chardonnay. The grapes are estate-grown and farmed biodynamically. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered.

He is blessed to be situated in a natural amphitheater, providing the ideal balance of exposure and protection for his vines. This is a juicy, voluptuous, expressive Barbera full of nuance and spice.

This gin is pot distilled using two separate distillations and Icelandic spring water. One distillate is strongly reliant on citrus, combined with a second distillation lacking any citrus elements, gave this gin an excellent balance. Juniper was still dominant – as it should be in any halfway decent gin – but a citrus freshness was allowed to shine through.

This bourbon started out as an experiment with just three barrels on an ocean ship, in an effort to discover what would happen if bourbon was left to weather extreme temperature fluctuations, salt air and the gentle rocking of the ship. The result was a thick, dark bourbon with complex flavors that bring to mind dark rum and briny scotch. But this is a true bourbon after all.

Lovely aromas of black plum, black cherry, black tea, coffee and oak. The 2015 vintage has a light and fresh body with blueberry, plum, fresh herbs, incense, and cedar leading to an earthy and dry finish.

Produced from wild fennel grown on Italy's Amalfi Coast, this intensely aromatic liqueur is sweet, but not cloyingly so. A great digestivo, this spirit is best served chilled, accompanied by biscotti or dessert of some kind.
