Massive blueberry aroma plays with green apple, rose and orange blossom. Blueberry dominates the palate but is lightly restrained by granny smith apple skin tannin while subtle notes of vanilla and dark muscovado sugar lend complexity to this cider that finishes crisp and refreshing.

This Barolo can be called an outlier because of the prestigious location of the vineyards, especially Capalot, giving a wine of great drinkability yes, but with great structure for being a simple entry level Barolo. Malolactic fermentation carried out in wooden barrels, aging for 24 months in large oak casks and two in bottles.

This vibrant purple beast is layered and exotic and loaded to the brim with lavender, herbs, flowers and fruit. Dense and concentrated but not thick and syrupy. Zesty and unmistakably delicious, this is one that we have been very excited about releasing into the wild. Absolutely crushable now, but sure to gain nuance with some bottle age, if you can resist drinking!

Full of white flowers, ripe peaches, and lemon zest on the nose. On the palate the wine brilliantly dances between sweetness and acidity, which makes it incredibly lively. A smoky mineral character comes along with ripe yellow stone fruits, peach blossoms and a juicy finish which is intense and elegant.

This wine is produced within the Anjou appellation but is intentionally declassified as VDF. The soils bring a unique mineral character to this Cab Franc. Fruit comes from 35 to 50 years old vines. Bone dry with zero residual sugar creating an elegantly earthy wine with red currant and black raspberry fruit and a long finish.

Planted on an exposed ridgetop at 2200’ elevation in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Old, cane-pruned vines struggle in the vineyard's harsh environment and low-nutrient soils, generating thick skins and naturally low yields. Full-bodied with firm, grippy tannins and flavors of dried herbs and spice blended with hints of cedar and pine. Earthy and savory, but still full of fruit

Our flagship Estate Cabernet Sauvignon opens with enticing aromas of wild strawberry and cocoa nib. With exquisite texture and a velvety mouthfeel, this wine offers concentrated flavors of ripe raspberry and a hint of blue fruit with beautiful warm notes of allspice and
black pepper. Carrying notes of strawberry balanced with a touch of coffee, the finish is satisfyingly long.

Rich flavors of butterscotch and dark caramel coat the palate, alongside an intense wave of toasted vanilla and charred oak. The higher alcohol content at cask strength intensifies the flavor profile, adding depth and complexity. Robust notes of dark chocolate, black cherries, and black pepper emerge, contributing to a complex and satisfying taste experience.

Lime, orange, and pineapple delivery tangy, zesty, juicy abundance, and the Strubs’ goal of achieving unapologetic but balanced sweetness, delicacy and transparency to nuance is deftly accomplished. The superbly sustained finish is luscious and effusively fruity but also replete with smoky, saline and chalky nuances. This merely 7.5% alcohol bottling vividly testifies to Brückchen’s inherent tendency to engage residual sugar in a sort of disappearing act.
