This version of Pinhook's flagship straight bourbon whiskey is bottled at 98 proof and averages 3 years and four months the 2021 vintage. It shows bright aromas of orange blossom, nutmeg, and fresh roasted coffee. These transition to a vibrant palate of butterscotch, toasted coconut, almond, and sassafras.

Bright straw yellow. On the nose, stone and orchard fruit abound, with flinty wet stone and white pepper laid over the dominant aromatics. On the palate, impressively bright and mineral driven, with a great balance between power and lift. Lemon, green apple, bosc pear flavors co mingle with a touch of floral tone and slate minerals. Juicy and mineral-driven all at once.

Blueberries, dark chocolate and black cherry are the predominant aromatics with a touch of floral and spice. Smooth, fruity and very easygoing with ripe blackberry, plum, blueberry and cherry. Has supple tannins balanced with a strong backbone of acidity and fruit.

Appealing, with an old-school personality and modern polish, offering black cherry and blueberry flavors, accented by dried sage and briary pepper notes. Drink now through 2024.

Aromas of raspberry, blueberry and crushed violets. Flavors of spiced dried cherries, florals and a hint of white pepper translate to a balanced wine supported with generous mouthfeel. 10 months in barrel, 30% New French and American oak.

The Sylvaner vines at Leitz sit at the top of the Rüdesheimer Drachenstein vineyard, along the forest line and are more than 30 years old. The 'Alte Reben' is fermented with native yeasts in old German füder with continued elevage on the lees. This is a ridiculous value, as this wine expresses incredible textures and layers that one would normally find in a more expensive wine.

Oude Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months. With a pleasant tartness, it has a super complex palate that reveals itself as it warms in the glass. It will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant red color and forest fruit aromas.

18th century historical ale brewed with Syrah grapes and matured in oak barrels from their flag brand, Saint Bon-Chien. This was brewed to commemorate their 20th Anniversary. The complex base with the red grapes creates a beautiful contrast of bright stone fruit & jammy red fruit tied together with a backbone of tart minerality.
