peanuts and olives. This very nice wine will also be a perfect companion to poultry or veal in cream sauce,
creamy risotto with meat and all fish.

This wine is characteristically lush and mouth-filling with jammy black fruits and minerality followed by a hint of black pepper. It is a very enticing and gratifying wine.

Elegant and silky, this medium-bodied wine is carried by aromas of cinnamon and dried currant. The palate brings tones of mineral, plum and black tea, with a lightly tannic texture and a good dose of acidity. The wine has a distinct personality and showcases the high-elevation El Dorado appellation's suitability for Rhône varieties. —

Deep red in color, this wine possesses a very elegant nose with aromas of fresh red fruit such as raspberries and cherries, cassis and delicate toasted notes. The palate is concentrated and balanced, with persistent tannins and medium acidity.

This racy, refined sparkler has delicate scents of wild berry, pastry dough and a whiff of flowering rosemary. On the dry delicate palate, racy acidity and a lively elegant perlage provide the backdrop for strawberry, tangy citrus and a hint of white pepper.

The feels lively, its dark plum and berry aromas laced with chocolate. Smacking tannins create a dry sensation, framing ripe black plum and prune flavors. Complex notes of spice and tomato emerge on the firm finish.

Located just west of the town of Montalcino, and next door to some much more famous neighbors, Casanuova delle Cerbaie has been quietly producing some of the most profound wine in the region. The Rosso di Montalcino is made entirely from Sangiovese Grosso and has an irresistible firm lushness, dark fruit tones, and uncommon density and depth.

All of Jean-Paul Brun’s wines stand out for their depth and complexity, but the FRV100 stands out for its shimmering effervescence. In the méthode ancestrale, the wine is allowed to finish fermentation in bottle, resulting in a naturally sparkling treat. Bright strawberry and pomegranate, laced with notes of flowers and minerals, wrapped in a rich bubbly mousse.

Coming mostly from the Drome and Ardeche sections of the Northern Rhône-this Syrah is a great introduction for those beginning to explore the wines of this region. A 14th generation winemaker, Julien prefers to de-stem his fruit to let the gravelly terroir speak for itself-the elevage of neutral barrel highlights the terroir even further. The Way Back is a collaboration between Tim and Jenn Wanner (Colorado Wine peeps) and Kenny and Lynn Likitprakong
(Hobo Wine Co., etc.) The project came to light over several family surf trips. No one has any real skills beyond making and
selling wine, but we all wanted to do something together so came the The Way Back. The goal is to produce real wine at an
everyday price.

Jean-Paul and Monique Paquet set up their eight-hectare estate above the village of Fuissé in 1989, and are delighted that their enthusiasm has passed to their son, Yannick, who joined the family business in 2005 after studying viticulture and oenology. This Macon-Fuissé has a ripe green apple notes on the nose and baked apple flavors and a hint of spice.

The traditionally made 2014 Crozes-Hermitage 'Les Pierrelles' comes from a mix of terroirs (rolled stones, clay and sand) and will see 12 months in barrel before being bottled. Cassis, licorice, toasted spice and a touch flowers all emerge from this medium-bodied, elegant and sexy Syrah. It has some chewy tannins, but the overall impression is a pure, easy drinking Syrah.
