This highly coveted, smooth daiginjo, Born Gold, is a muroka sake made with the absence of carbon filtration."Gold" has an elegant nose comprised of green apple, sweet rice, plum skin, and peach aromas.

Big, bold, and black. This unusual lager style has many similarities to Imperial Stouts. A lengthy conditioning period creates a silky smooth chocolaty mouth feel enhanced by the use of oats and brown sugar. After this conditioning, it is aged in bourbon barrels of a year. This is sure to keep you warm on a cold winter night.

Aniello produces this white wine, Blanco de Pinot Noir, by gently pressing the fruit with minimal skin contact. The wine is then fermented in concrete tanks with indigenous and inoculated yeasts. 10% of the wine is aged up to five months in French oak.
