Victoria Torres Pecis is the sole owner and caretaker of her family’s winery in La Palma, Canary Islands. Single-varietal, hand-harvested and aged with its lees for seven months, before a short time in large oak barrel. Grapes are from a single vineyard, with vines ranging in age from 40-120 years old and plated on their own rootstock in deep, ashy, volcanic soils.

Another single vineyard muscadet! The terroir is unique: it is a granite called Château-Thébaud. It represents only an island in the heart of the Muscadet vineyard, about 4%. These granitic soils allow both an excellent natural drainage of water and a very good rooting for the vine.

Marco Tinessa’s first wine "O’gnostro" is named after a local term for wine in the Neapolitan dialect and literally translates to "ink." The concept at the heart of O’gnostro is the quest for bottling the uniqueness of a terroir that is near and dear to Marco’s heart.
