The Bee is made of 50% of Muscat Canelli, which is blended with 47% Arneis and 3% Cortese. It refreshes and intrigues, offering pure pleasure and a challenge to the palate in its tension of acidity and stony earth. It indeed evokes honeycomb and wildflowers, with a salty brininess that keeps it in the brain long after it's gone.

inky-colored, ripe and hedonistic wine that’s a blend of Kratosija and Vranec (both varieties are native to Macedonia). Completely destemmed and aged in 75% new barrels, it has a textured, medium-bodied, beautifully pure style on the palate, as well as rock solid notes of blackberries, crushed herbs, pepper and licorice.

This wine is ruby in color, with an intense aroma of red and black forest fruits plus toasted notes. With smooth tannins and a nice acidity, this is a very easy-drinking wine.

This wine offers aromas of nectarine with grilled pineapple and a hint of smoke. It is medium-bodied and presents layers of sliced peaches and golden delicious apples, finishing crisp and clean with well-balanced acid. 75% Stainless Steel, 25% New French Oak, 30% Malolactic Fermentation.

Mourre du Tendre farms 10 hectares of old-vine Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault in Côtes-du-Rhône on gravelly clay soils. While most estates opt for an easy-going style at the entry level, winemaker Paul Verité treats this wine the same way that he does his Châteauneuf-du-Pape: whole cluster and native yeast fermentations with extensive aging in tank before release.

The explosive aromatics of Muscat Canelli fill the cellar, but upon tasting the juice, the balance of the early take of Arneis shows the structural bones. An intensely flavorful milk stout brewed with cocoa, coffee and spices to mimic the rich flavors of Mexican hot chocolate. Time spent in bourbon barrels gave it even more complexity and flavor intensity. Notes of rich coffee, dark chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, and toffee.

Coming out of one of the powerhouse breweries in the midwest, Jackie O's, this beer is their Belgian Quad aged in bourbon barrels for 11 months. Notes of caramel, dried dark fruit (raisins, dried cherries, dried cranberries), hint of vanilla, and toffee. A finish that’s almost port-like.

The Ch Ste Michelle Rose is a dry and elegant style with a beautiful light pale pink color. The fruit that goes into this wine is sourced from the estate's oldest verdejo vines. These vines range from 100 to 140 years old and are growing on original rootstocks in sandy soils. The wines nose is fresh and exotic, with notes of lime leaf and lime blossom. It's an inviting wine, mid-weight, with a great balance of minerality, earthiness, citrusy fruit.

Bright with ripe red cherries leaping out of the glass, complementing aromas of boysenberry and spicy red plum in the mouth.
