Our Sauvignon Blanc fruit was 100% whole-cluster
pressed to minimize astringency from the skins. Once settled, a portion of
the juice was placed in small neutral French oak barrels, while the majority
was moved to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. This combination
allows the wine to develop a balanced level of crispness.

Kawatsuru translates to “river crane” and comes from the sighting of a crane in the river behind the brewery. This Sake described as “umakuchi,” a combination between sweet, dry and umami flavors.
Juicy notes of grapefruit and freshly cut grass, with a hint of salted pineapple. Crisp, dry finish.

I love this wine! Most bordeaux in this price is mass produced, industrially farmed and tastes thin and soulless. Not the case here! Instead, we have a authentic little bordeaux that has great fruit character, good concentration, and terrific balance. It's delicious and well made. A wine like this shouldn't be as rare as it is.

Garnet black color. Savory aromas and flavors of dark roasted nuts, lit tobacco, chocolate and berries in yogurt, and olive brine with a supple, bright, dryish medium-to-full body and a silky, compelling, medium-length finish manifesting notes of dried berries and pepper with soft, chewy tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor. A finely balanced malbec with a wide appeal.

Cortezada is a terraced vineyard planted with 15-70 year old Mencia vines on a slope of decomposed schist. The wine is fermented in steel and small plastic bins with ambient yeasts, followed by a long, gentle maceration then aged in neutral 500L French casks. The end result is a subtle, elegant version of Mencia that is floral and refined rather than burly and extracted.

A well-honed mix of ripe peach and tangerine mix with underscores of white blossoms and slate. The palate is broadly concentrated in ripe fruit flavors of tart kumquat and passion fruit that are struck against a taut, astringent sensation. Persistent bursts of acidity keep this both succulent and tense, making the palate beg for more. - Wine Enthusiast

Soft garnet in color, with delicate fruit notes of plum skin, Asian pear and blueberry cobbler emerging up front. On the palate, intriguing components of pink peppercorn, cocoa powder, charred marshmallow and black olive mingle with impressions of dried rosemary and sage along with genoa salami, peppered jerky and honey ham glaze.

Delicate brass in color, with fruit driven aromatics of grilled pineapple, lemon zest, white peach and orange blossom springing from the glass. On the palate, notes of honey, fresh ginger and tarragon mingle with weightier impressions of sourdough bread, salted caramel and agave nectar.

Amado Sur is a deep red wine with violet hues. Aromas of strawberries and red cherries intertwine with hints of clove and vanilla. Lush red berry flavor gives way to velvety tannins and a pleasant, persistent finish. Aged 8 months in French oak barrels, enjoy with roasted meats including lamb, beef and pork.

Tuscan wines, despite their fame, are often produced industrially with plenty of sulfur, additives, mechanical harvesting & so on. Not the case here. Instead, this is made naturally, farmed organically & biodynamically without chemicals. Full-bodied, richly complex and smooth. Its tannins, acidity and cherry soul are unmistakably Tuscan with the added character of fresh cassis, blackberries & minerality characteristic of Bordeaux. Highly recommended. - Mason

Made of 85% Sangiovese, 8% Merlot and 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, this offers black cherry and baking spice scents. Ripe black plum, cedar and leather notes form the palate, with a framework of supple tannins. Enjoy through 2019.

The wine is an elegant pale salmon pink color in the glass with a delightfully persistent bead. The Fresh aromas of strawberry, cherry blossom, rose petal and crisp apple lead to a lush palate where the aromas ring true. The wine offers upfront fruit flavors, yet is balanced by creamy texture and bright acidity. The effervescence of the wine lends to a crisp, clean finish.
