Peppery, gamey meat notes upon opening, reminiscent of a Rhone Syrah. Black fruits like plum and blackberry on the palate, medium/light, smooth with a medium finish. It can be a little reductive when you first open, so we recommend decanting it if possible.

They foraged the crab apples, which hails from Russia, from around the Denver metro area. When it ripens, the skin is dark purple and imparts a beautiful pink pigment to the cider. It's one of their driest ciders with great acidity that complements the notes of strawberry, pomegranate, and unripe raspberry. Finishes with a saline minerality that demands another sip.

Spring flower, crushed aromatic herb and white stone-fruit aromas lift out of the glass. On the savory medium-bodied palate, fresh acidity accompanies juicy yellow apple, lemon zest, apricot and bitter almond. 40% Garganega, 20% Trebbiano Toscano, 5% Tocai Friulano, 10% Cortese, 10% Chardonnay-Riesling Italico-Malvasia and 15% Incrocio Manzoni.

Nestled against Beaux Freres upper terraces, the Sequitur Vineyard is perched on the crown of the Ribbon Ridge, Sequitur is a classic Ribbon Ridge wine. It is soft and round on the front, layered with plump red fruits; summer
strawberries and raspberries that give it a generous, yet delicately textured palate. The wine rides on the pallet with
juicy acidity and soft tannins.

The south ridge of the iconic Seven Springs Vineyard is planted on a rocky Nekia clay bench that runs along the coveted east slope of the Eola-Amity Hills. The wine has intense aromatics: leaning towards fresh herbs, white peach, Meyer lemon and star fruit. On the palate Seven Springs has a rich concentration of fruit, showing layered textures and a long taught finish.

La Rinconada is a powerful, pinot noir. Simply put, our parcel is a windswept hilltop with hardly any topsoil as you work out to the northern edge of the block. The result is a fully charged deep wine, expressing notes of dark red, and even black fruit and lavender. Always the most aromatic lot in the cellar during fermentation, La Rinconada has quickly be a star in our range.

This is the inaugural vintage of Chardonnay from what many people consider the greatest vineyard in Oregon. Only a few winemakers are honored with the ability to access this fruit, and Walter Scott is one of them. This is truly a beautiful expression of Chardonnay that I honestly believe competes with the greats of Burgundy.

Made from old orchards rooted for more than sixty years in the Araucania Region of Southern Chile. Reviving the cider-making tradition, the apples are all hand harvested and crushed by hand in a wooden press. The ciders are made with minimal intervention with only hand-pruned trees. The cider is completely dry, fresh, funky, earthy, austere. 200 cases made.

Ripe and appealingly fresh aromas are comprised by notes of white orchard fruit compote, acacia and citrus confit. The utterly delicious medium weight flavors possess the innate class of Puligny while delivering solid depth and persistence. While there is sufficient stuffing to reward 4 to 7 years of cellaring, it would be no vinous crime to enjoy this young.

Extremely exciting and unique Chablis sourced from some very old vines. Amazing concentration and depth on display here, with notes of candied apple and raw honey. It's kept together with a profound sense of minerality as well as dominant acidity and freshness. Some Chablis is understated, but this bottle is not.
