An incredibly deep ruby red characterizes this Zweigelt. In the nose the wine shows deep a fruit which remembers of berries and cherries together with fine spices. On the palate, deep fruit together with fine spiciness. The full bodied wine is supported by fine acidity and ends in a long and elegant finish.

This winery is just killing it! The value is through the roof on this well made white blend. It's partly the same grape as Soave but with some unoaked chardonnay also in the mix. Bright and full of tropical fruit flavors, crisp acidity and fine minerality. Fantastic!

The high elevation, decomposed granite soils and impeccable farming by the Mansfield family create a magic combination for Gamay. Former Pax assistant winemaker Duncan Arnot Meyers and cooper Nathan Roberts produce beautiful, terroir-driven, varietally pure small production wines. They launched in 2003 and have been slowly, steadily gaining cult status.

This dry white comes from one of the best Chenin Blanc producers in the Loire Valley, sourced from a single vineyard on the Northern side of the estate. Crisp, vibrant, and complex, the wine is full of flavors and aromas of pears, honeyed apples, and minerals, all backed up by racy acidity.

Old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon, farmed biodynamically, hand-harvested and undergoes natural fermentation in concrete tanks. Wine is aged for 6-12 months in stainless steel. It is not trying to be Bordeaux—on the contrary, it genuinely reflects the down-home, country soulfulness we love about the Languedoc. Deliciously fruit-driven and juicy!

Louis-Antoine Luyt is a champion of the “original” Chilean wine grapes, those used to make the wines of the early Spanish settlers. The combined vine ages range from 75 to 150 years for all of the grapes in this mix, mainly from granitic, clay-based soils. All done in stainless steel and only lightly filtered, this is a floral, medium-bodied, creamy-textured white.

Grown from the Mas de Daumas Gassac estate vineyards in the cool mircoclimate of the Gassac Valley, the Pont de Gassac comes from the the Guibert Family's younger vines. Made principally of old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is a fantastic taste of the quality of this magnificent domaine. Lush blackberry and cassis, touches of exotic spices and smoke, and a hint of herbs.

The dramatic climate of the Highlands – located within Monterey County – allows us to create dramatic wines. Morning fog, bright sunshine and gusting winds enable longer “hang time” for the grapes, resulting in wines of intense, complex character. With fresh, bright aromas and the taste of white peach, this wine has a vibrant acidity balanced by the lush ripe flavors.

Aromas of Mediterranean herbs and red fruit on the nose lead to great acidity and juiciness on the palate. Finish is lively and the perfect balance of freshness and rusticity.
