This wine has delicious aromas and flavors of pink grapefruit, lemongrass, lychee, peach, pear, honeydew melon, orange blossom, pineapple, guava and a touch of minerality. The Fumé Blanc has bright acidity and crisp freshness from the cool, stainless steel tank fermentation, while the subtle oak character from neutral French oak barrels adds body, complexity and depth.

There's a candied-strawberry aroma on this wine, lifted by incense and pine-sap notes that tickle the nose. It's soft and full on the sip, with plush red-fruit flavors of candied raspberry and cranberry, with thyme herbs and a generous acidity.

Bouvet Rosé Brut exhibits a brilliant, delicate salmon-pink color punctuated by fine, pinpoint bubbles which suggest the wines fresh, raspberry and cassis fragrance. On the palate it is very dry and crisp, with plump, succulent red fruit flavors offset by subtle earthy notes and a lovely generosity on the clean, persistent finish. Great value rose sparkling wine!

Crisp & clean aromas of chalk and lime pith meet with riper touches of honeydew & Anjou pear on the nose of this blend of 66% Grenache Blanc and 34% Roussanne, which hints at a biting acidity on the sip. The freshness extends to the palate, where riper guava tones are deftly cut by citrus peels & finished with a minty lift. The structure is tense and ideal w/ great acidity.

This bottling from four vineyards, with 12% Mourvèdre, shows loads of crushed carnation, rose petal, cranberry and raspberry on the nose. There is a compelling freshness to the palate, with potpourri and lavender flavors meshing into a background of pomegranate and rosewater.

A clear limpid Vinho Verde wine, with a yellow citrus hue and greenish hints. It has an intense bouquet with floral notes such as orange blossom, acacia and lime, typical of the Loureirovariety, against a background of citrus hints, complemented by mineral notes. Its palate has a lively, fresh attack, with well-balanced acidity, fine body and very fresh and intense citrus notes

Matteo Furlani, a fourth generation winemaker, focuses biodynamic winemkaing processes. All of his wines use no chemicals, yeast, sulfur, or dosage. Aged in small cement tanks and glass demijohns, these wines also spend 24 months on the lees.

The Piceni people, who inhabited this area, were the first to spread the myth and the cult of the Mother Goddess, tied to the concept of fertility and productivity, symbol of good luck. The wines logo is a tribute to the fertility of the soil, the primordial element. Notes of cherry and plum blend
with nuances of sweet spices (cinnamon and liquorice).

This is lovely. Floral notes mingles with crushed stones, lemon peel, lemon curd and crisp apple. Round ripe on palate with bright acidity, lemon, pear and wet stones. Good length on the mineral citrus inflected finish. All organic. This is the most powerful of the 1er Cru's Vincent works with.

VNI Pinot Noir reflects the complex flavor profile of Eola-Amity Hills fruit, born of volcanic soils on hillside vineyards and sourced primarily from neighbors in Hopewell. The wine is medium bodied, complex with floral, mineral and red cherry, black plum fruit tones, and a long silky finish.

Both crisp and complex, this lovely Sauvignon Blanc displays enticing aromas of grapefruit, summer melon, lemon grass, and lime zest with subtle hints of Mandarin orange. Though it is crisp and refreshing from start to finish, there is a richness to the mid-palate that supports the vibrant fruit with a note of flinty minerality adding nuance and depth.

Lactic notes followed by ripe plum and ripe skin aromas from grapes grown at higher altitude, closer to the sun. It is a bit wild. The palate is tremendously mineral, with a chalky texture and incredible length. The tannins are ultra-fine and the wine is compact, very harmonious.
