Kunozakari Nigori Sake5.99

This plush, velvety Nigori sake was previously a treat only available to individuals who could visit the Kunizakari Brewery. It has a bright, lively and rustic flavor that is highly enjoyable chilled or on ice.

Le Grand Courtage Brut Rose19.99France

This French sparkling wine creates a deliciously seductive, smooth and versatile balance of freshness, fruit, and acidity. A courtship of delicate flavors, red fruit aromas and baby bubbles.

St Innocent Freedom Hill Vineyard39.99Willamette Valley, OregonPinot Noir

Freedom Hill Vineyard produces Pinot Noir with structure, depth, and richness as well as a strong sense of minerality. The site is relatively warm from daytime heat that rises up the large, flat valley below. This develops rich skin tannins. Because of its proximity to the Oregon Coast range, the vineyard is quite cool at night. This maintains good acidity in the wine.

Aitzalde Txakoli Rose17.99Basque Country, Spain50% Hondarrabi Zuri (white) 50% Hondarrabi Beltza (red)

Txakoli is generally known for its searing acidity, however the wines produced in the Getariako region have less pronounced acidity and fewer green notes than other Txakoli DOs which makes them more versatile. Aromatic, very dry and slightly effervescent with bright red fruit, crunchy minerality and crisp acid.

Hacienda de Chihuahua Reposado Sotol34.99

Aromatic floral notes with oaky vanilla and light spice in the background. A lushly flavored tequila of wood and dried fruit, completed with subtle notes of pepper and dill for complexity that can be enjoyed on its own.

Hacienda de Chihuahua Plata29.99

Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Plata is the purest version of this exquisite spirit. Geared for the true aficionado, either mixed or straight, it offers the fullest wild agavacea taste and complexity which differentiates sotol from any other agave based spirit such as tequila, mescal and bacanora.

Hacienda de Chihuahua, Añejo Sotol39.99

Hacienda de Chihuahua's Anejo Sotol is a 24 month old sotol, matured in French oak barrels and made in Mexico from the Desert Spoon shrub. It picked up a Tequila.net's Best Sotol award in 2011 and is an excellent example of the 'Other Other' spirit of Mexico.

Hacienda de Chihuahua Rustico32.99

Hacienda De Chihuahua Rustico is produced from the sotol plant which takes 5-7 years to mature, so this will never be a mass produced product. Light straw yellow color, the taste is smoky with leather, tobacco, oak, alkali notes. Lighter in taste and body than a tequila, an excellent companion with a nice full-bodied cigar.

Hacienda de Chihuahua H5 Sotol Extra Añejo119.99

An extra añejo sotol - these are very rare indeed. The spirit is made in a similar way to Mezcal, except using the Desert Spoon rather than agave. The H5 sotol from Hacienda de Chihuahua spends 5 years ageing in new French white oak barrels. As the oldest expression they make, the proverbial jewel in their sotol crown, expect a wealth of gorgeously rich flavors.

Hacienda de Chihuahua Crema de Sotol15.99

Hacienda de Chihuahua Crema de Sotol is 100% wild harvested Sotol blended with Mexican cream and natural Pecan flavors. Directly behind the Hacienda in Chihuahua is a grove of Pecan trees which are harvested for use in this and other HDC products.

Genot-Boulanger Les Vergers 1er Cru Chassagne-Montrachet105.99

Premier Cru Chardonnay from one of Burgundy’s most renowned appellations. Hailing from a unique, nutrient-rich parcel, ‘Vergers’ comes from only .7 hectares situated on northeastern exposed vines. Aged 12 months in French oak, followed by six months in stainless steel. Fresh flavors of yellow fruit dominate this rich, complex palate, full of energy and structure.

DIETRO LE CASE INZOLIA22.99MENFI

Dietro le Case is a perfect wine for aperitif and matches very well all fish dishes: shells and crustaceans, which don't marry well with acidic wines that would cover their delicate flavors, are simply enlightened by a combination that will exalt their saline yet sweet taste.

Ferreira Tawny Port17.99Porto, PortugalTouriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela

It has a beautiful red hue with fair hints as well as a fresh and delicate aroma, reminiscent of spices and nuts, acquired during the ageing in oak wood. In the mouth it is an elegant wine that shows a fine balance between mature tannins and sweetness, providing it with an attractive, long finish.

St. Innocent Chardonnay27.99Freedom Hill, Willamette Valley

The Freedom Hill Dijon clone Chardonnays are Meursault-like: darker fruit with a stony minerality and rich textures in the mouth. Mark struggled with the specific style for Freedom Hill Chardonnay until his visit to Burgundy and Chablis in 2003. There he tasted a grand cru Chablis fermented entirely in used barrels. Our chardonnay is now fermented in the same manner.

St Innocent Pinot Gris22.99Vitae Springs Vineyard

Great texture, ripe fruit and spice flavors. The must was tank fermented, aged for eights months on the lees and lightly filtered before bottling by gravity. This Pinot gris complements rich white meat and pasta dishes, salmon, grilled vegetables, and is especially good with spicy (Thai, Vietnamese) foods.

Gimonnet Special Club Oger 12144.99Champagne100% Chardonnay

This is of course a radical departure for Gimonnet, a Club monoterroir. It hails from 54% Terres de Noël and Brulis, 23% Champs Nérons (chalk) and 23% Fondy (limestone). It’s a sexy-pants Champagne; it’s got wiggle; toasted brioche, allspice, sautéed peaches, but what really makes this fly is the underlying mineral, and a fascinating note of quince that taps your shoulder .

2016 Jolie -Laide Barsotti Vineyard29.99Sierra Foothils, California100% Gamay Noir

The clusters are left whole & started by carbonic maceration, which lends its distinctive high tone appeal but eventually crushed by foot & finished whole cluster for skin contact and extraction. Pressed to neutral barrique for a short 6 month elevage & bottled young to preserve delicate aromatics. Wild strawberry and summer herbs with cranberry tartness. Light, fresh and utterly charming.

2017 De Wetshor Limestone Hill16.99South Africa100% Chardonnay

The De Wetshof Estate Limestone Hill Chardonnay never sees oak, and offers impeccably pure, refreshing apple, peach and lemon fruit, a lovely leesy richness of texture, and a nutty, chalky, fruit-filled finish of imposing length. Understated and less tropical than some of the better un-oaked Chardonnays, this wine possesses far better balance and sheer drinkability.

Domaine Génot-Boulanger 2013 Beaune 1er Cru Greves79.99

Single handedly changed my opinion of 2013 as a vintage for red burgundy. Fantastic integration, and this meatiness and peppery quality that is really intriguing. Fantastic.
