Deep red. Fresh red berry and candied rose scents are lent urgency by mineral and peppery spice notes. Juicy and incisive on the palate, offering gently sweet raspberry, cherry and spicecake flavors that demonstrate an appealing marriage of power and finesse. Finishes gently tannic and long, leaving behind a subtle suggestion of red fruit liqueur.

Bright appearance with green highlights. Well-balanced and fruity on the nose with aromas of white flowers, vineyard peach and acacia. On the palate, this wine is supple and well-structured and develops mineral and white fruit notes. Pairs perfectly with Zander or pike in beurre blanc, salted sea bass, grilled red mullet, a platter of seafood, Crottin de Chavignol goat cheese.

The wine is a citrine color with a slightly golden hue. An aroma of good complexity, with floral notes, tropical fruit, white fruits and earthy, slightly shrubby tones. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and reveals a lively and well-integrated acidity, alongside floral notes and touches of white fruit. It has an extremely elegant finish.

This Pinot Noir is largely sourced from their estate vineyards in the Loire Valley region of Touraine and partly from the South of France. On the nose, aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry. The palate is fleshy at point of entry then full, ample, and generous, flowing into a crisp cherry-driven finish with an ultra fresh beading sensation.

Layers of white peach and crisp citrus come together on the palate with the polished exuberance of a dazzling summer day. Refreshing acidity keeps the wine focused and a tiny zing of pineapple adds to the satisfying finish.

The wine offers aromas of Black Cherry, leather and spice with layers of rich dark red fruit flavors and a long, smooth, sweet finish. A touch of Syrah adds a jammy fruit character.

From old ungrafted and untrained vines grown in the sand dunes of Colares, 110 meters above the Atlantic Ocean, west of Lisbon. The grape is Malvasia de Colares, a native clone of Malvasia, that gives distinctly savory wines. The wine sees 6 hours of skin contact, is fermented and raised in tank for 1 year, with a further 6 months in old foudres.

The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc may not go down as an all-time classic Cloudy Bay, but in a difficult vintage, the wine has turned out excellent. Hints of snow pea pods accent tropical fruit notes in a wine that is soft, round and harmonious, showing ample concentration and length despite the rain-plagued harvest.

This rugged yet elegant wine leads with herbal expressive aromas laced with pomegranate and stony minerals. Upon tasting the wine, powdery tannins frame flavors of cherry, currant, savory spice and red pepper. A green coffee inflected finish rounds out the overall experience.

Inviting on the nose with notes of ripe red fruit, blackberry, blueberry, and a hint of spice. It hits the palate with incredible balance that lasts through its long finish. The wine is aged for 18 months in third and fourth use French neutral oak. Pairs well with braised short ribs, barbecued flank steak, and grilled portobello mushrooms.

They farm the Kahn Vineyard themselves, it is certified organic and has been since it’s inception. They pick the rosé grapes from the stronger vines. The Mourvedre balances the Syrah’s naturally high acid and adds complexity. This is a light and fragrant wine with a fruit flesh on the palate and elements of blood orange and pluot on the nose. Native Yeast.

Château La Grolet's Côtes de Bourg is an incredibly complex wine with deep red fruit flavors and a strong minerality. Soft tannins and a broad acidity give the wine an incredible elegance not always associated with the wines of Bourg. The vines are planted on a top soil of gravel with a base of clay and silt, and undergo a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in temperature controlled tanks. Enjoy with roasted rib steak.

The unique path of the Colline Inspirée is that it is vinified and aged entirely in barrel. This process does not add any oak flavoring to the wine as the barrels are old. What it does add is a sumptuous essence of oxidation, similar to a fine aged white burgundy. This wine is opulent and creamy, showing gorgeous hazelnut overtones and fresh baked brioche undertones.
