Riserva de la Familia is the world’s first extra-añejo tequila. It is hand selected from the Cuervo family’s private collection. Each bottle is made using only blue agave harvested at its peak maturity after seven to twelve years of growing in the field, and aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of three years.

Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium, reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-select oak barrels.

Aromas of fruit, baked fully-ripened agave, green olive, and earth are invitingly present. Slightly brighter and a touch more rustic than the regular blanco, the accents of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal qualities in the flavor are enhanced because it comes straight from our small copper pot still, without adding water prior to bottling.

We start with Fair Trade, Colorado Department of Agriculture Certified 100% Organic Raw Blue Agave and ferment in small 250 gallon tanks. Each batch is double distilled in custom copper stills hand-built in-house. Our Blanco Agave is then left to rest before bottling, allowing for the smoothest and most enjoyable agave based spirit on Earth.

Pineau de Charentes is a cognac mixed with grape must (juice that includes skins, seeds and stems).Notes of fresh grape juice and Cognac are combined with a lovely caramel/fig quality from the 5 years of aging. Pineau Blanc can be enjoyed on ice with an orange peel or used in cocktails

Fresh and lively in green grass, melon and pear, this well-made wine is restrained in ripeness and body, opting to highlight its stony minerality and a touch of gravel on the texture. It finishes light and breezy. Lots of cherry blossom, river bed, praline, pomelo, apple pie and hints of citrus rind to this sauvignon blanc.

Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2013 Pinot Noir Mas Cavalls Dona Margarita Vineyard has lifted cherries, violets and roses on the nose with a suggestion of Provence herbs. Medium-bodied and delicately played in the mouth, it has a gentle frame of chewy tannins and an invigorating finish.

The Umani Ronchi version of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is intended to be an interpretation of this vine which aims to exalt its varietal characteristics and its freshness, combining these qualities with just the right amount of charm and softness. It fermented with indigenous yeasts, underwent malolactic in barrel and 18 months élevage in a combination of used and newer barrels. It's heady and aromatic mixing morello cherries with decayed violets, a touch of tar and smoke and some spices. The palate is soft, with very round tannins and juicy flavors, terribly engaging. It has a very tasty, umami-driven finish.

Xarello is a grape native to Catalonia, most often used in the famous sparkling wine, Cava, but it is also growing in popularity as a varietal wine. With taut white stonefruit character, and some evidence of lees work on the round, smooth palate, this is a great wine with seafood, and an appealing alternative to an unoaked Chardonnay.
