The Brut offers a crisp, and full-bodied sparkling wine, which has developed rich complexity and fine mousse. A wonderful fine bouquet dominated by green apple and grapefruit flavors.

Chalk, white flowers, mint, slate and lemon peel race out of the glass. This sparkling wine spends 7 years aging on its lees, yet remains remarkably fresh with hints of graphite-infused minerality laced throughout a translucent, magnificently pure finish.

The late Stéphane Moreau’s best wine in 2015 - and the one I shall buy a few bottles to remember him by - came from this east-facing, old vine parcel. The oak is very understated here, allowing the complex, briney, oyster shell notes to express themselves. Long and saline. There’s no other Chardonnay in the world like 1er Cru Chablis. This gorgeous example from Moreau-Naudet is as zesty as it is refreshing, full of crunchy stone fruit and vibrant acidity. Insanely drinkable now, though will develop over the next few years.

represents the house style of the family domaine in Ay. Pineapple and peach flavors on the clear, fresh and aromatic nose nose lead to a full-bodied but very elegant, pure and finesse-full palate with a clear and linear character, and a mineral finish. This is straight and noble Champagne of excellent quality.

Near Champagne in the village of Tonnerre, just East of Chablis, the average vine age here is 25 yrs old which are grown on clay and limestone soil. The grapes for the Sparkling are harvested between one and two weeks before the Bourgogne in order to preserve the acidity necessary to make a balanced sparkling wine. The wine remains on the lees in bottle for a minimum of 13 months before being disgorged and no dosage is added.

This wine is made to enhance the freshness and elegance of the Nebbiolo grape. Langhe Nebbiolo come from our vineyards in Barolo; is aged only in stainless steel and in spring it is bottled and ready for the market. This wine displays a nose of primary aromas (floral, rose, violet, and citrus hints of orange peel), lighter on the palate and relatively easy to drink.

No. 33 Pinot Gris has great weight and substance, full of rich, mouth-filling passion fruit and pear flavors, balanced by gentle acidity. The finish is unusually lengthy, and it begs another glass. With refreshing yet round flavors, it pairs excellently with a wide range of dishes. At such a wallet-friendly price, this wine truly over delivers.

This is a red beauty and possibly the best wine I have yet tasted from Ladera, while this barrel sample is not quite yet in bottle, it is very promising. The wine has a dense ruby/purple color, notes of lead pencil shavings, white chocolate, cassis and blueberry, it is very perfumed, medium to full-bodied, with real purity, texture and overall balance.
