The 2022 Pinot Gris opens with a mix of floral notes and fruits; met at the palette with lemon zest and orange blossom that guve away to notes of melon, apple and Asian pear.

Juicy blue fruit, damp earth, and floral aromatics are lent to this wine from the Syrah. While Grenache contributes red plum flavors and a fleshiness to the mid palate, adding brightness to the brooding character of Syrah. Subtle, but firm tannins and cool-climate acidity lead to a mouth-watering finish.

Côtes à Côtes ferments spontaneously in steel with a gentle infusion-style maceration; it spends 8 months in steel with a miniscule addition of sulfur after malolactic fermentation, and bottling takes place without filtration. Snappy and vibrant in its profile of raspberries and cherries, this light wine virtually without detectable tannins that is fantastic with a slight chill

“Les Voisines” (“the neighbors”) comes from 2.35 hectares of Chardonnay spread among four parcels in Arbois. Barrels are kept full, ouillé style, and the finished wine displays bristling minerality unaccented by oxidative elements. Despite its recognizable varietal character and its purity of fruit, however, this is a forcefully saline, chiseled iteration of Chardonnay!

Cherry red appearance with violet tones at the rim. Nose of Red fruit: raspberry and redcurrant, and black fruit: blackcurrant and blackberry. hints of spice: vanilla and clove. Perfectly integrated tannins; it has a long, very pleasing aftertaste that invites you to try more.

Arguably the best wild ale maker in the country. All their beers are brewed with spontaneous fermentation. This one is aged with White Saturn Peaches, the flat donut shaped ones. If you haven't tried a de Garde beer before you are in for something special.

Bitter Chocolate, Orange Peel, and Vanilla nose. A Palate of Earthy, Peppery Rye combines with Cherry, Caramel and Cocoa gives way to a long and supple finish.
