Blend of Corbins and Clos des Cromin assembled because the volumes were so small. A little more depth to this aroma – the fruit has a more pronounced lemon with some ripeness showing – flighty and fresh. Formerly a teacher and sommelier, Jean-Baptiste Menigoz farms organically and vinifies with a feather-light touch—native yeasts, no fining or filtering, and little to no sulfur—producing wines that are alive, energetic, and brimming with character. La Pépée comes from Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils near Arbois: wild strawberry, tart cherry, rose petal and spice.

One of Burgundy's rising stars, Armand Heitz farms the historic Arvelets on the southern edge of Pommard, known for it's limestone driven soils that lend power and finesse. Black cherry, violets, red currant, plum skin and subtle spice. This is a Pommard with both intensity and grace. Compelling now but build to age.

Emerges with the damson fruit character of the variety to the fore, supported by notes of violets, sage and laurel. On the palate the Riserva effect comes through in the extra intensity, the gritty texture, the depth of flavour and the complex, aromatic finish. A wine to savour.

This full-bodied small batch whiskey is 91.2 proof. Similar to previous releases, this 2025 Shenk's Homestead Sour Mash Whiskey is an expression made with a good amount of rye. To accentuate the rye characters, some of the fully matured whiskey was finished in toasted only French oak barrels that were not charred

Highland Park 12 Year is a single malt Scotch whisky from Scotland's northern Orkney Islands, known for its balanced profile of sweetness and gentle peat smoke. It has a characteristic golden amber color and flavors of heather, honey, dried fruit, and warm spice, with a smooth, lingering finish. Matured primarily in sherry-seasoned oak casks.

Biodynamically cultivated grower champagne. Base vintage is 2020 harvest. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. The palate is taut and focused, with vibrant acidity and a chalky texture framing flavors of citrus, underripe pear, green apple skin, and a touch of crushed stone. The absence of dosage enhances the wine’s linear and mineral-driven profile.

Plucked from vines a half-century old, this wine rested in neutral French oak for a year. The balanced, medium-bodied Old Vine possesses muscular tannins, jangly acidity and a chalky texture. Aromas and flavors of blackberry jam, orange zest, earthy beeswax and cumin seed make for a joyous experience.

"Thunder" is a delicious Rosé made from the Moschofilero grape, known for its aromatic and fruity character. While Moschofilero is typically used for white wine, this rosé is made by giving the pink-skinned grapes some skin contact during fermentation, resulting in a pale pink color and a citrusy, dry, refreshing wine for warm summer days.
