This beautiful, delicate Pinot Noir is made from 10 different clones from blocks all over the farm. 26% whole cluster, the wine is native yeast fermented and aged in French oak barrels (4% new) for 11 months. Bright raspberry acidity makes for a terrific pairing for rich food like stews and bbq as well as lighter fare like fresh garden salads and vegetable risotto.

A wine of great finesse and elegance. The color is bright with light glints of white gold. The aromas evoke trees in bloom and white flesh fruit, like white peaches. Aromas evolve towards almond and lightly grilled dried fruit. On the palate, there is a sensation of fresh silkiness. Long and persistent in the aftertaste, ending on exceptional floral and fruity flavor.

A blend of pungent and ripe sauvignon blanc, voluptuous, rich sauvignon gris with macerated botanic and citric aligoté, and fortified by 3 barrels of lush chardonnay to fill in the gaps. All grapes are gently pressed and maturated between amphorae and old barrels. Tangerine peel, peach, candied pineapple, ripe lemons abound and a sweeping chalky minerality.

Jean-Philippe Fichet is a meticulous grower who works his plots around Meursault like his own personal garden. He makes White Burgundy that's precise, mineral-driven, and elegant. Both varieties spent a long two months of maceration/fermentation before blending and then ten months aging in neutral French oak. A deliciously unique interplay is created as the orange blossom and honeysuckle aromas provided by the Viognier adorn black pepper notes added by the Syrah. The palate is medium-bodied and full of ripe, bright cherry.
